Sirpi has developed a full range of inks and varnishes ideal for label printers.
Screen printing inks could be used by rotary
screen printing technology or by flat screen printing machines whilst overprinting varnish are suitable for screen or Flexo printing units.
All these products are formulated
to be printed on the most common
materials used by label industry.
They show a perfect adhesion on
many different type of paper, self
adhesive PVC, top coated polyethylene, corona treated Polyethylene and many other substrates.

inks:
UV Plast: Glossy screen printing
UV curable ink to be used on flat
screen machinery. Easy to print,
very fast drying properties and high glossy
finish are its main characteristic. They show
good flexibility and they can be over embossed with hot embossing foils (hot stamp). We have
available 12 basic shades (mixing system) plus an
extra opaque hite and black.
UV Label:
Matt UV curing screen ink which
have been specifically formulated for printing
labels with high speed multi-colour flat screen
printing machines. They combine good flexibility,
excellent adhesion and not reflective matt finish
with fast drying property. The black colour is very
deep and with a very soft touch effect. All colours
of this series accept without problems hot stamping process.
UV Speed: UV ink with glossy finish specially
formulated for rotary screen printing machines
(Gallus, Stork). Very fast drying properties and the
white shade is very opaque and can be easily
overprinted by offset or flexo inks as it does not
contain any silicon agent (silicon free).
