IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
There is no expiration date. However, we reserve
the right to discontinue this program at any time.

WingStreet® locations owned by Wisconsin Hospitality Group.

WHEREAS, Pizza Hut distributes cards through their “Dough for Dollars” program
to Organization for sale to third persons to redeem at participating Wisconsin
Hospitality Group Pizza Hut restaurants.
• Organization agrees to pay $4 per card to Pizza
Hut and then sells the “Dough for Dollars” card
for $10. (For example: you need 100 cards.
$4 x 100 cards = $400 you send, with this form
to Wisconsin Hospitality Group.)
• Once payment is received, the cards will be sent
to the organization within two weeks. Cards will
not be sent without prior payment. DO NOT SEND
PAYMENT TO PIZZA HUT RESTAURANTS.
• Organization may not use Pizza Hut or
Wisconsin Hospitality Group names or logos in
any print or media.
