Warm up with us! Enjoy homemade lunch and dessert, visit with others and play your
favorite board game or game of cards. Bring your favorite board game if you wish.

Winterset, Madison County and More
Thursday, June 8, 2017
Join us as we explore the iconic covered bridges of Madison County, tour the John
Wayne Museum, view the newly opened Quilt Museum and enjoy the historic downtown
area of Winterset plus more. We will be treated to a bus tour complete with step on bus
guide as we stop at the famous bridges. Enjoy the one and only one in the world, John
Wayne Museum! Be prepared to learn more about the legend and relive some famous film
moments. We will also take in the recently opened Quilt Museum and enjoy the beautiful
historic downtown area. Our last stop will be the Winterset Cidery. Bus seats are filled
on a first come, first serve basis by paid GoldStar members and guest if desired. Cost is
$99.00 which covers transportation, tour fees at all locations, lunch at the famous
Northside Cafe, morning and afternoon snacks, tour guide tip, bus driver tip and supper
on our way home. Paid registrations are due May 24th or before.
“Take Me Out to the Ballgame” Minnesota Twins vs. New York Yankees

Join us as we watch the Minnesota Twins battle the New York Yankees for a day game.
Cost includes transportation, game ticket, morning and afternoon snacks and bus driver
tip. Lunch is on your own for this trip. You can choose to eat in the stadium or
downtown. Bus stops will be in Estherville and Armstrong. Bus seats will be filled on a
first come, first serve basis by paid GoldStar members and guest if desired.
Registration cost is $80 which covers transportation, game ticket, morning and
afternoon snack and bus driver tip. Paid registrations are due by June 26th or before.
Chanhassen Dinner Theatre: “GREASE”

Join us as we head to the famous Chanhassen Dinner Theatre to enjoy the Broadway
Musical, GREASE. Enjoy Chanhassen: always great Broadway entertainment coupled
with fantastic food and environment. Cost is $104.00 which covers the theatre ticket,
noon meal, transportation, bus driver tip, as well as morning and afternoon snacks. Bus
stops will be in Estherville and Armstrong. Bus seats will be filled on a first come, first
serve basis by paid GoldStar Club members and guest if desired.
Registration Cost is $104.00 which includes transportation, theatre ticket (center
section), lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and bus driver tip. Paid registrations are
due on July 10 or before.
