1. Welcome, introductions and apologies
The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting
1a. Code of Conduct – Chair wanted to re-iterate point 9 on the Code of Conduct
‘When confidential issues are discussed amongst the partnerships will maintain
confidentiality about discussions and decisions unless authorised by the Chair or
Partnership to share information.’

3. Notes from the last meeting
Actions from previous meeting:
KD - Match funding information – KD will do this at a later date
KD – Planning/Review Sessions notes
KD has email Planning/Review session’s notes to partnership, staff etc.
Action: FM to Big Local for an extension – 31st January 2017
This has been accepted by Big Local
Writing the Year 2 & 3 Plan/Budget
Writing Year 2 & 3 Plan/Budget –the plan will need to be completed and submitted by
beginning of January 2017
KD:- Is this a realistic timeframe and do you want to ask Big Local to extend this
further?
Partners would like to extend Year 1 for another month (28th February 2017)
Action: FM to ask for extension
A meeting (sub group) will need to be set up ASAP to start writing year 2 & 3

4. Carers Hubs
AH is working with Carers Lewisham to set up a Carers Hub in Chinbrook
AH has been working on a letter that is going out to Carers in Chinbrook
AH has submitted a proposal for Carers Hub to be considered for year 2.
5. Proposals
ChART have started going through some of the proposals that will be considered for
the Year 2 & 3 Plan
Gerald Moore Gallery
Partnership has asked if they could clarify a few things in the proposal and to resend.
Outings for Senior Club
Partnership would like to have tea dance added to the proposal
AH to include tea dances, and readjust the budget and resend
Nature Club
AH will redo the costing’s and resend
Small Grants
It has been decided that Chinbrook Dog show needs to be submitted to the small
grants programmes
Other proposals will be discussed at the next meeting on Monday 12th December
2016
6. Future Meeting Dates
ChART Meeting Dates need to be set up for 2017
Action: FM to set up meeting dates
7. Any other business
LP – would like to change one of ChART activities – the money that was for Life Savers can
this be changed to an activity called ‘Have you ever’ – the activity is set up in the school to
offer children the opportunity to set up days out with their families.
Partners agreed to the change of activity
Action: Jackie Cariello to send FM an invoice for the agreed amount of money
Newsletter
The partnership would like to have a simple newsletter put together to update residents
about ChART activities
KD – is this something that staff can put together?
Local Assembly
SC has suggested that ChART could get involved in the local assembly meeting – ask for a
slot at the end of their meeting to inform residents about ChART activities etc.
Can someone contact Colin Elliot – not sure if he is receiving information about meetings?
Action: SC to contact him
Partnership would like to have Voluntary Action Lewisham representative at the meetings
Action: FM to contact Voluntary Action Lewisham.
