1. All Participants must be Hong Kong resident and aged 18 or above.
2. The promotion will be held from 23 September to 20 October 2016, for a total of 4 weeks.
1,500 winners will be drawn to win a HK$100 Wellcome voucher from 23 September to 20
October 2016. There will be 27 different nominees per week for 4 weeks (Total 108
nominees for the whole campaign) for vote.
3. Each day starts from 12 midnight to 11:59pm. Each week will run from Friday (12 midnight)
to the following Thursday (11:59pm). The registration deadline of lucky draw will be at 23:59
of 20 October 2016.
4. Within the Lucky Draw period, customer with any purchase and vote can vote enter the
instant win lucky draw through the hotline 2983 9888 or login to our website at
www.easy2winluckydraw.com by registering the 11 digits of the Wellcome receipt, or the 7
digits of the “Wellcome Delivers” or “Wellcome Click and Collect” order number, and the 4
numeric digits number of HKID card number and HK mobile phone number.
5. Each successfully registered receipt and vote will be entitled to one instant win lucky draw
chance. Each registration required vote for ”TOP 10 Favourite Brands” and “Daddy’s
Favourite Brand Award”, “Mummy’s Favourite Brand Award” or “Kids’ Favourite Brand
Award”. Any duplicated entries or wrong inputs will result in disqualification.
6. A valid receipt must be a Wellcome or “Wellcome Delivers” or “Wellcome Click and Collect”
Online Purchase receipt (Order date) issued between 23 September and 20 October 2016.
Delivery note, duplicated receipt, coupon/voucher, credit card customer copy or receipt
which only contains plastic shopping bag charging, the purchase of redemption items,
Wellcome gift vouchers or Octopus card top-ups are not accepted for this promotion.
Participants should keep the original receipt for prize redemption.
7. Customers can vote with any purchase made during the promotion period, not limited to the
date of purchase. The nominees for voting are subject to the date of vote. If customers
register the same receipt through different channels, only the 1st registration will be valid
and will only be counted as 1 vote.
8. Each Hong Kong mobile phone number can take part in the promotion once a day.
9. Winners need to come in person to collect the prize at specific time and location. Authorized
redemption is not allowed. Winners will be required to present the original receipts or proof
of order and the HKID card for verification; if a winner fails to present the receipt or order
form and the HKID card, or if the code on the receipt or the HKID card number is
inconsistent with the code or number that has been entered, Wellcome reserves the right of
disqualification.
10. Results of the lucky draw will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 28
October 2016. Winners will be notified individually by SMS. Winners who cannot collect the
prize on or before 19 November 2016 will forfeit his prize.

11. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Winners agree to abide by the terms
and conditions which listed by Wellcome regarding the relevant prizes. Wellcome shall not
be responsible for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the prizes.
12. Any receipt which is incomplete, fake, reprinted, broken, copy, not within the promotion
period will not be accepted. Wellcome reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the

“Multi-Reward Game Card” Terms & Conditions:
1. The Wellcome “Multi-Reward Game Card” promotion will be available from 23 September to 20
October, 2016.
2. Within the promotion period, customers who make any purchase upon HK$100 in a single Wellcome
transaction are eligible to receive one Wellcome “Multi-Reward Game Card” for free.
3. A valid receipt must be a Wellcome receipt issued between 23 September to 20 October, 2016.
Delivery note, duplicated receipt, coupon/voucher, credit card customer copy or receipt which only
contains plastic shopping bag charging, the purchase of redemption items, Wellcome gift vouchers or

all Wellcome “Multi-Reward Game Card” not distributed by this promotion or Wellcome or collected
from other channels (including but not limited to purchase from others) would not be accepted.
13. If a winner of “Bingo” is below 18 years old, the winner must redeem the prize with a parent or
guardian and the parent or guardian have to agree to abide by the terms and conditions which listed by

14. Regarding the redemption of prizes, winners need to come in person to collect the prize at a specific

(including printing or other errors) or not within the promotion period will not be accepted. Wellcome
reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the winners. In case of loss of receipt or “Multi-Reward
Game Card”, it will not be replaced or reissued.
