Terms and Conditions for Citibank Singapore Credit Cards- Kaligo Bonus Miles
Promotion Mar-May’16
1.
“Promotion” refers to the “Citibank Singapore Credit Cards- Kaligo Bonus Miles Promotion
Mar-May’16”. “Citi Miles” refer to Citi Miles earned on the Citi PremierMiles Visa or Citi
PremierMiles American Express® Credit Card account. “Rewards Points” refer to Citi
Dollars earned on the Citi Prestige Card account.

The Promotion commences on 15th March 2016 and ends on 31st May 2016, both days
inclusive (“Promotion Period”)
3.
This Promotion is valid only for all Citi PremierMiles Visa, Citi PremierMiles American
Express and Citi Prestige credit cards issued in Singapore.

Enrolment: Only main (i.e. not supplementary) Citi PremierMiles Visa, Citi PremierMiles
American Express and Citi Prestige Cardholders who enrol by 31st May 2016 by sending
an SMS with the keyword "Kaligo" to 72484 using their mobile number registered in
Citibank's records will be eligible to participate in the Promotion ("Eligible Cardholders").

Qualifying Charges: Any charge made by Eligible Cardholders at Kaligo.com for a
minimum amount of S$200 (“Qualifying Charges”) on their Citi PremierMiles Visa Card,
Citi PremierMiles American Express and/or Citi Prestige Card (“Card”) account will be
eligible to receive the following during the Promotion Period:

Additional 1000 Bonus Citi Miles (“Bonus Citi Miles”) for every Qualifying
Charge made on Citi PremierMiles Visa Card and/or Citi PremierMiles
American Express® Card.
Additional 2500 Bonus Citi Dollars (“Bonus Reward Points”) for every
Qualifying Charge made on Citi Prestige Card.
Qualifying Charges are charges made in any currency (in Singapore Dollars or any foreign
currency ) to the Card account (unless excluded by Citibank in its absolute discretion)
which do not arise from any Equal Payment Plan purchases, refunded, disputed, and
services unauthorised or fraudulent retail purchases, Quick Cash transactions and monthly
instalments, cash advance, quasi-cash transactions, balance transfers, annual card
membership fees, interest, goods and services taxes, late payment fees and any other
form of service / miscellaneous fees.

There is no limit on the number of Qualifying Charges that Eligible Cardholders can effect
during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Bonus Citi Miles and/or Bonus Reward
Points.
7.
The Qualifying Charges on any supplementary card shall be considered as “Qualifying
Charges” on the main cardholder’s Eligible Account.
8.
Citibank bears no liability for any late submission or transaction posting of any purchase
by any merchant that might affect the Eligible Cardholder's eligibility to qualify for the
Promotion.
9.
Customers will still earn 25 Rewards Points for every S$1 spend with their Citi Prestige
credit card(s) including supplementary cards or 10 Citi Miles for every S$1 spend with their
Citi PremierMiles Visa and Citi PremierMiles American Express® credit card(s) including
supplementary cards for all Qualifying Charges made at Kaligo.
10.
Illustrative example: If an Eligible Cardholder effects a transaction of S$300 at Kaligo.com
during the Promotion Period, using his/her Citi PremierMiles Visa card s/he will be eligible
to receive 1000 Bonus Citi Miles for the transaction. This would be in addition to 10 Citi
Miles per S$1 that the Eligible Cardholder would earn. Hence, for a transaction of S$300
at Kaligo.com during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Cardholder will earn 3000 Citi
Miles plus 1000 Bonus Citi Miles.
11.
Fulfillment: The Bonus Citi Miles and/or Bonus Reward Points earned will be credited into
the Eligible Cardholder’s Card within two (2) months, or such other date as Citibank may
determine, after the end of the Promotion Period. The Bonus Citi Miles and/or Bonus
Reward Points earned cannot be used to offset against the minimum payment due. The
Card account must be in good standing at the time the Bonus Citi Miles and/or Bonus
Reward Points are credited. An Eligible Cardholder who closes his/her Card account
before 31st May 2016 will not be entitled to receive the Bonus Citi Miles and/or Bonus
Reward Points and/or participate in this Promotion.
12.
The issuance and redemption of the Rewards Points for Citi Prestige are subject to the Citi
Rewards terms and conditions which is available at www.citibank.com.sg/citirewards
13.
The issuance and redemption of the Citi Miles for Citi PremierMiles VISA Credit Cards and
Citi PremierMiles American Express® Credit Cards are subject to applicable terms and
conditions which are available at http://www.citibank.com.sg/pmvisa and
http://www.citibank.com.sg/pmamex respectively.
14.
All bookings made on Kaligo are subject to Kaligo's general terms and conditions as found
at www.kaligo.com/terms.
15.
Citibank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay in connection with the
processing of the issuance and/or redemption of Citi Miles. Further, Citibank is entitled,
without liability or prior notice, to suspend the calculation, accrual or redemption of Citi
Miles, to rectify any errors in the calculation, or otherwise adjust such calculation.
16.
Citibank is not a supplier of any product and/or service purchased from any merchant and
will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
17.
Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any
purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties.
Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held
liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products
and/or services provided by third parties.
18.
Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion
and will be final and binding on all participants.
19.
Citibank reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to terminate or amend the
Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time
without notice.
20.

25 Rewards Points at Kaligo constitutes
a. the regular 3.25 Citi dollars for every S$1 spend locally on qualifying charges
made with the Citi Prestige Card and additional 21.75 Citi dollars for every
S$1spend locally on qualifying charges made with the Citi Prestige Card AND/OR
the regular 5 Citi dollars for every S$1 of qualifying charges made in a foreign
currency with the Citi Prestige Card and additional 20 Citi dollars for every S$1 of
qualifying charges made in a foreign currency with the Citi Prestige Card.
10 Citi Miles at Kaligo constitutes
a. the regular 1.2 Citi Miles for every S$1 spend locally on qualifying charges made
with the Citi PremierMiles VISA Card and additional 8.8 Citi Miles for every S$1
spend locally on qualifying charges made with the Citi PremierMiles VISA Card
AND/OR the regular 2 Citi Miles for every S$1 of qualifying charges made in a
foreign currency with the Citi PremierMiles VISA Card and additional 8 Citi Miles
for every S$1 of qualifying charges made in a foreign currency with the Citi
PremierMiles VISA Card
b. the regular 1.3 Citi Miles for every S$1 spend locally on qualifying charges made
with the Citi PremierMiles American Express® Card and additional 8.7 Citi Miles
for every S$1 spend locally on qualifying charges made with the Citi PremierMiles
American Express® Card AND/OR the regular 2 Citi Miles for every S$1 of
qualifying charges made in a foreign currency with the Citi PremierMiles American
Express® Card and additional 8 Citi Miles for every S$1 of qualifying charges
made in a foreign currency with the Citi PremierMiles American Express® Card
