• Sony Lyrics may be used as transitions only,
unless published as poetry.
• The program may be woven or may
incorporate verbal and/or nonverbal
transitions.
• Co-authors or anonymous works are
permissible.

– Any Non-Poetic Material found on the website or

• Prose – Category A
– Define your idea of a hero/heroine/survivor
– What are the inspirational qualities they exemplify
for YOU personally? How does your selection
reflect these qualifies?
Introductions
• Prose – Category B
– State the TYPES of literature you are using and
include titles/authors of each type.
– Introduce your THEME & its significance.

– Identify the DECADE, SOCIAL or POLITICAL
MOVEMENT you have chosen to feature.
– Discuss the SIGNIFICANCE of that decade or
movement.

– No specific requirements other than always give
titles/authors

WEAVE your literature, you MUST state this in
the introduction!
