To be eligible to sit the exam, practitioners are required to attend a client interview and review a mock file which goes before a committee of specialised accredited people. Frances is now on that committee, responsible for approving other specialists. Frances is proud of the achievements of her team, who have been together for the duration of her tenure. Frances has two young children, Joseph and Magnus and enjoys running, surfing and paddle boarding. She completed the New York Marathon in 2012.
