The route
A magnificent route through very impressive scenery. The most beautiful roads of Spain over six
days. Drive together on back roads through a picturesque setting. Bend after bend looms another
landscape. Surprising stops, lunch on the coast and a picnic in nature.
The purity of driving
GT Rally organises Rally d’Andalucía. Enjoy the car, the environment and the company. We drive
with modern sports cars and classic cars. Rally d’Andalucía is not a race. At no time will you be
asked to speed. The rally, however, is ideally suited to drive your car as the designer intended.
The nature of the route allows the purity of driving to emerge.
Green valleys, snow capped mountains and white beaches

The rally, the program
The route
The route starts in Madrid and takes you from the first morning traversing all through Spain.
Over lovely back roads and through authentic villages. Beautiful nature and scenery, culture
and history; we will show you it all.
We drive the first day from Madrid into the mountains to Cáceres, a medieval town on the
border with Portugal. After the lunch today, you are guaranteed to see ibex along (and maybe even on!) the road.
The following days we drive inland to Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Marbella.
Stops, picnic and final grand night
An event with surprising stops, a picnic next to an old church and final grand night. And be
sure to stop now and then in the picturesque villages on the route!

Tough Vehicle Award
This prize is for the team that has experienced the toughest rally. The team that despite setbacks and inconveniences have finished the rally in character. There is preferably petrol and
grease on your forearms every night. No .., lipstick on the collar does not count.
Spirit of Andalucía
For the fanatical drivers among us, there are clues and questions to solve on the way. The questions are a good mix of easy and subtle. The internet or ‘helplines’ may be used, you can even
use ‘unfair’ practices. All for points!
The Tunnel Award
This prize is for the car with the most impressive engine and exhaust noise. It goes without
saying that no points are earned for starting the car under the bedroom window of your fellow
rally driver in the early morning.
Navigation Award
Who will be the best navigator? The rally will tell us.

Sunday 18th and Monday 19th September
After the start in Madrid, you stay on Sunday at Hotel Atrio in a medieval square in the beautiful Cáceres. An old building with very modern interior. In addition, one of the best wine cellars
in the world and probably the best cuisine of Spain (no, we do not over-exaggerate).
In Seville you park the car in the middle of the bustling city centre. Hotel Gran Melia Colon
with its great history will receive us with a special welcome.

THE RALLY STOPS IN THE MEDIEVAL CENTER OF CORDOBA.

Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st September
On Tuesday, you are a guest in the Barcelo Bobadilla. Nestled in the mountains outside Granada, Bobadilla was some years ago voted the most romantic hotel in the world. What can
we say, you’ll never want to leave here.
On Wednesday, we will be welcomed in the centre of Cordoba by the staff of the old but
luxurious Palacio del Balio. To be honest, the last couple of hundred metres is the only tricky
part of the route for the week. It is kind of a puzzle driving the car through the narrow streets.

TWO DAYS IN MARBELLA.

Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd September
On Thursday we drive to our final destination; Marbella. There you will stay two days in the
spacious Puente Romano. On the beach with a fantastic restaurant and club / disco. On Friday, a short day drive stopping at the famous Ascari Circuit for lunch and a short ride around
the track.

Do you fancy a wonderful autumn event? Then drive along with us.
The standard package, euro 1.950pp
A rally adventure of six days: accommodation and breakfast at luxury hotels. A lunch and a
picnic. Dinners with wine pairing. Using the luggage van is not included, it costs 125 euros
per case for using this van.
The luxury package, euro 3.450pp
Participants of the luxury package drive the same rally but stay in the best five-star luxury hotels. In addition, these participants have free use of the luggage van. The van comes to pick
up your luggage at home before the rally, and brings it back after the rally.

General information
How to get there
We start in Madrid and finish in Marbella. You can come by car back and forth from your home,
or you can also come by plane. Both locations are accessible by flights from the Netherlands,
Belgium or Germany.
Car transportation
For those who come by plane, we can organise joint car transportation. We use a car carrier
company that transports for us for years. Your car is in safe hands.
If you want to know more about the transport of cars, please contact us.
Finally
The organisation reserves the right to modify the rally at some points.
