Directions for Spring vs. Neap Tides Venn Diagram

Use the Lsn. 14-4 (Tides) graphic organizer to compare Spring vs. Neap tides and
High vs. Low tides. The directions are as follows:
Instructions:



Place the titles (Spring Tides & Neap Tides and High Tides & Low Tides) in
the outer rings (one set on the front & one set on the back cover).
Write the title [Lesson 14-4 All About Tides(or some other catchy phrase)]
in the center ring on both covers.
Illustrations:
o You need one colored illustration for each type of tide.
 Option 1 - Place the illustration inside each of the outer rings on
the cover (sharing the space with each title) or
 Option 2 - Place the illustration in the same section as the facts
beneath the flap on the side facing you once you lift it
Note: In either option, the facts for each type of tide must be written
beneath the flap on the side facing you once you lift it. Remember to
include what's similar about them in the middle (underneath the flap).


Decorate the covers.
Make it creative!
