Costs Agreements in Practice: Making them Simpler and
More Effective
Using excellent contract drafting skills to create an
effective costs agreement is a crucial component of a
legal practitioner’s business. This session highlights the
costs agreement as a practical contract - one that exists in
an environment that is heavily ‘regulated’ by statute, the
courts, and over-arching fiduciary duties to clients – with
a view to minimising disputes and maximising returns.
