Most are licensed in the state of Colorado as Professional Counselors, Clinical Social Workers or Marriage and Family Therapists. Founded in 1957, Community Reach Center is a top-tier community mental health provider located in Adams County, Colorado. The Center offers evidence-based behavioral health services for all ages. Community Reach Center’s School-Based Therapy Program provides services for students and families within Adams County School districts who are experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties. Services are usually covered by insurance, including Medicaid and CHP+. Some pro bono services are available for individuals without insurance. School-Based Therapy Locations: School-Based Therapy can help resolve issues and manage behaviors that are disruptive to the classroom. It also provides supportive counseling to students who have become withdrawn, disengaged and have fallen behind with schoolwork. Therapists provide counseling services to students and their families in a private, confidential office provided within the school. Services include consultation with teachers, and coordination with other professionals and agencies that may be involved with the student, such as physicians, social services, and probation. Bilingual services are available.
