The Silent Auction is divided into four color-coded sections. Please note the posted
closing time for each section.

The Silent Auction will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the first section closing at 1:30 p.m.

Succeeding sections will close every thirty minutes thereafter.

Write your bidder number and the amount you bid on the bid sheet of the item you want.

Increase the previous bid by no less than $1.00.

You may continue to bid higher than other people desiring the same item until closing.

The conclusion will be announced. When bidding ceases, the last and highest bidder is
responsible for purchasing the item for the amount of the last bid.

Please honor closing time! If monitors observe bids after closing has been called, those
bids will be cancelled.
