To add excess baggage to flights booked through the

• Once your booking is completed please email:

Australia-owned + operated domestic servicesonly
This offer applies to all new bookings and cannot be provided in retrospect, + Virgin Australia will not refund normal baggage charges already paid
Virgin Australia cannot guarantee that checked baggage or excess baggage will be uplifted as this is subject to aircraft loads.
Additional baggage allowance of three pieces weighing up to 23 kilograms each, baggage
allowance to 69 kilograms.
Business Class travelers and Qantas Club members will now be able to travel with two pieces of
luggage weighing up to 62 kilograms.
Musicians can also pre-purchase online up to five
additional pieces of baggage at $30 per piece.
To add baggage to flights booked through the
QANTAS website:
• Baggage must be booked at least two business days prior to departure.
• Once your booking is completed please email:

- booking reference;
- representative musical association (Music
Victoria);
- membership number; and
- type of instrument / equipment.
