Introduction
The Job Fair is one of the long-standing traditions of the
International Suppliers Fair (IZB).
Over the past few years, the Job Fair has always attracted a large amount of interest
among both exhibitors and job hunters. At the seventh IZB in 2012, more than 1500
students, graduates and young professionals made the most of the opportunity to
establish direct contact with representatives from human resources departments
at the Job Fair and find out about career, employment and further education
opportunities.
For this year’s event, we have responded to the strong interest in the Job Fair by
adapting its concept to meet your current demands:

A Job Wall in Hall 1 of the IZB between 14th and 16th October 2014
–
An Online Job Wall on the IZB website at www.izb-online.com/en/events/job-fair (the service will be online from April to October 2014)
–
Specifically promoting the IZB Job Fair across a campus network of universities throughout Germany
–
Using this network to contact approx. 200,000 graduates from courses focusing on business, technology and applied sciences
You can also make the most of the opportunity to activate space for your job
advertisements on the event’s online portal for a monthly fee.

Detailed Information
g Job Advertisements
You can order your job advertisements now. Your advertisement will always be
activated on the first day of your selected month and taken down on the last day
of your selected month. You can also order several advertisements at once (see
order form). Please enter your required number of advertisements in the “Quantity”
column.
Please complete all of the fields on the order form attached. If your billing address is
different from your company address, please ensure that you also fill in the “Billing
Address” fields. An additional fee of 30 Euros plus German VAT will be charged for
subsequent amendments to invoices.
Please complete the order form and send it to [email protected]
together with a copy of your job advertisements (a maximum of one standard
A4 page per advertisements) as they should appear when published. You will
receive written confirmation from the event organiser via e-mail upon receipt of
your order and your job advertisements (a maximum of one standard A4 page per
advertisement). The event organiser will publish your job advertisement at www.izbonline.com/en/job-fair in your selected month and take it down at the end of your
selected month. If you would like to extend the duration of your job advertisement,
please fill in the order form again and send it to [email protected].
The booking deadline for online job advertisements is 30th September 2014. At the
end of October, the event organiser will remove all of the job advertisements booked
for the month of October from the online portal.
Your online job advertisement booking also includes two free job advertisements
on the IZB Job Wall at the trade fair itself. The event organiser will display your job
advertisements on the IZB Job Wall on all three days of the IZB, from 14th to 16th
October 2014. Please bear in mind that the format of your job advertisement should
be no larger than a standard A4 page.
These advertisements must be received by 6th October 2014.

Terms of Use and Contract Terms and Conditions
g Terms of Use and Contract Terms and Conditions of Wolfsburg AG
Terms and Conditions for Employers
Employers are solely responsible for their job
advertisements on the IZB website. The company
Wolfsburg AG, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”,
shall not be deemed an employer due to use of its
website. The Organiser is not responsible for employment
decisions made by companies, hereinafter referred to as
“Employers”, that have published job advertisements on
the IZB website.
Employers’ Obligations
a) Employers guarantee that their advertisements will not
contain any misleading, illegible or ‘hidden’ keywords,
repeated keywords or keywords that are, according to
reasonable judgement, irrelevant to the job advertised.
b) Employers commit to produce job advertisements in such
a manner that their content, artistic design or external
presentation can cause no offence for religious, ethical,
aesthetic or moral reasons and do not conflict with the
German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
c) Employers also guarantee that the content-related
statements made by their publications will not conflict
with the objectives of Wolfsburg AG or damage its public
reputation.
The Organiser’s Liability
One of the purposes of the IZB website is to enable
Employers to publish their job advertisements and to look
for and assess candidates. The Organiser will not monitor
or censor any entries posted on the website provided
that these entries remain within the framework of the
Employers’ obligations stipulated above. The Organiser is
not involved in the actual transaction between Employers
and candidates. The Organiser provides no warranty for
user submissions, the quality, security or legality of the
vacancies published, the truth or accuracy of the offers,
the Employers’ capability to offer a candidate a position
or a candidate’s capability to fill a vacant position. The
Organiser offers a platform for professional and personal
networking.
Terms of Payment
All prices listed are net prices to which German VAT will be
added. The invoice amount and the German VAT specified
on the invoice must be paid in full within two weeks after
receipt of invoice at the latest.
Please check your billing address. An additional fee of
30 Euros plus German VAT will be charged for subsequent
amendments to invoices.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for free up to one week (7 days)
before the publication of the job advertisement. The full
invoice amount plus German VAT will be charged for orders
cancelled less than one week before the publication of the
job advertisement.
Place of Performance and Court of Jurisdiction
The place of performance and court of jurisdiction shall
be the German city of Wolfsburg. The law of the Federal
Republic of Germany shall apply.
