Too much powder can cause constipation. Too little powder means your child isn’t getting enough energy and nutrition. USAGE Always consult with Helsestasjonen about your child’s food. Allomin 1 is used as a supplement to or replacement for breast milk on the recommendation of Helsestasjonen or a pediatrician, and covers nutritional needs in children up to the age of 6 months. TIP: PREPARE BOTTLES IN ADVANCE For best quality, serve breast milk substitute freshly prepared. You can, however, prepare several bottles simultaneously. Use water that has been boiled and then refrigerated and mix with powder in properly cleaned or boiled bottles. Store with a lid on in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours maximum.
