SportingPulse to become FOX SPORTS Pulse
At the end of this winter season of sport, SportingPulse will start to transition
to becoming FOX SPORTS Pulse. This represents the beginning of an
exciting change for grassroots sport in Australia and New Zealand.
As part of this transition and growth phase, we will be expanding our presence
in Sydney, co-locating with FOX SPORTS in Artarmon, which will allow us to
better service our Northern Region customers. The Melbourne office will
remain.
SportingPulse has been helping grassroots sports with innovative and proven
digital solutions for over 13 years. With FOX SPORTS Pulse, the grassroots
sports experience becomes even richer, as participants discover they don’t
need to be a professional to feel like one.
You will soon start to see the new name rolled out. Phase 1 will focus on
transitioning the public pages you and your participants engage with, and
Phase 2 will focus on the Administration areas of the network.
Rest assured, the SportingPulse team has conducted a detailed scoping
process and will employ rigorous testing to ensure a smooth transition for our
sporting communities.

and confident about working more closely with you to deliver even better

1. What does the change of name from SportingPulse to FOX SPORTS
Pulse mean for my website and my URL that currently sits on
sportingpulse.com?

Your website will be accessible in the same way. It will be redirected
to the FOX SPORTS Pulse domain.
2. What if I have purchased my own domain name?

This will not be affected at all.
3. What about my administrator log in?

There will be no change.
4. What will happen to SportingPulse

Because this is simply a rebrand, the SportingPulse name will be
phased out. Wherever you see the current SportingPulse logo, you
will start to see our new FOX SPORTS Pulse logo.
5. Who should I call if I have a support question?


6. What if I have bookmarked a page, will the URL still work?

Yes, this link will be redirected to a FOX SPORTS Pulse domain.
7. Can I still share my results on FB & Twitter?

Yes.
8. Will the app change its name?

Yes it will, an update will be released with this change.
9. Does this change the way I access my results.

No. If you access your results via Google or a search engine, initially
you will still be able to search by SportingPulse and this will redirect to
FOX SPORTS Pulse over time. If you access results directly through
your league site or the app, it will not change.
10. Can I still search SportingPulse in Google to find my club page?

Yes you can.
11. When?

You will start to see changes at the beginning of October, and the
rebrand will be complete by the end of 2013.
