Our First Newsletter
Total Facility Solutions is proud to release its very first company newsletter! TFS has taken many leaps
this year and we want our employees and industry partners to know! We hope you like our first

In Case of Emergency
It is important that all companies adapt an emergency
plan. And since we live in a hurricane active
environment, knowing who to call and what to do once
a storm passes is very important to all.
What to Do:
After any storm, make sure that your family and
belongings are ok. Once this step has been taken,
report yourself immediately to TFS by calling 1-800371-0015. TFS will most like be working immediately
after a storm to help our customers any way we can in
cleaning and securing their places of business.

We all know that it is part of our responsibility to sweep the 20 foot perimeter around our bank’s exterior,
but when is it the best time to do this? The truth is that the sooner one cleans these surroundings, the
better the results. That’s mainly because of visibility: the later in the evening the work is done, the more
likely that you will have poor lighting to help see. But more important is your well-being. Just to be on the
safe side, do it as soon as you arrive to the bank or property to avoid any complications.
