If the account is closed, the Bank is authorised to debit its account closing fees as per its price schedule to the account in advance. 8. If no payment is made to the account, the Bank has the right to close the account after a suitable period without prior notice to the tenant and the landlord. 9. If any additional documents requested by the Bank are not submitted, the Bank may decide not to open an account. The tenant and the landlord also take note that the signature of the Bank must be obtained before any contract is concluded. 10. In addition, the regulations for savings deposits as well as the general terms and conditions of Zuger Kantonalbank apply.
