Lisa: What will you do during the holidays?
Brian: I am planning to go back to my hometown and spend my vacation with my family.
Lisa: Sounds nice. Where is your hometown?
Brian: It’s a small town near Dusseldorf city. Do you know Krefeld?
Lisa: I’m not sure. How long does it take to get there from Berlin?
Brian: If you get on a bullet train, it takes about 2 hours.
Lisa: I see. I miss my hometown, too.
Brian: Do you have any plans of going back to the Philippines?
Lisa: I want to, but I don’t think I can go back there be fore my contract e xpires. I really miss my mom’s
homemade sinigang.
Brian: What is it? Is it delicious?
Lisa: Definitely! It’s a Filipino soup a nd one of the most popula r dishe s of the Philippine cuisine. The one
that my mom makes is special!
Brian: It reminds me of my mother’s soup! It’s also delicious!
Lisa: I can’t wait to go back to my hometown!
