Tripette & Renaud Chopin specialises in systems and equipment for the quality control of cereals,
flour, and their by-products. The company offers products and services to cereal industry
professionals needing to carry out analyses to satisfy operational requirements and meet customer
specifications.
These devices are distributed throughout the world via a network of 60 distributors, specially
selected for their knowledge of the cereal industry.
The experience of the TRC grain department is based on 3 major brands : Tripette & Renaud, Serdia
and Perten. The association of these three brands makes it possible to provide a complete and
adaptable solution, for grain testing, qualification & value enhancement from sampling through to
cereal storage. Guaranteeing the safety of reception tests, their follow-up and limiting the cost of
these operations are the main objectives of this department.

SPECIFIC MEASURING
A single bowl suited to all types of elements which need to be
counted (grains, seeds, capsules, etc. …) the vibration of
which, adjustable in terms of intensity, guides the product
along a spiral ramp. On leaving the bowl, the elements fall in
front of an infrared sensor which counts them.

The SERDIA installations meet the requirements of the new
ATEX standards
. INERIS 02ATEX0091X homologation.
The Serdia temperature probes resist the greatest
traction efforts thanks to their small diameter and low friction
coefficient.
Characteristics :
