THE OPPORTUNITY (2 Roles)
The Manager and Senior Manager will enable Ashoka’s central talent
operations for 400 staff across 47 countries to help them realize an Everyone a
Changemaker world. These roles will expose them to the inner workings of a
global business through the human resources lens, with people at the focus.
During a time of organizational growth, the team is constantly evolving its
operational strategies, infrastructure development and business processes in
support of a fluid team of teams environment.
The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate ability to influence very entrepreneurial teams across many geographic regions, with respect,
collegiality and sound judgment in their interpersonal skills
Exhibit clear career experience in contributing in a team setting on engaging various stakeholders, implementing
business process improvements and balancing multiple projects
Display strong social and emotional intelligence handling sensitive information, with the ability to remain flexible
and upbeat in a fast-moving organization
This role will involve:

Ensuring and providing support for the governance, transparency and accountability around the employee lifecycle,
particularly hiring, compensation and payroll
Undertaking data management and analytics in the Salesforce-based human resources database
Envisioning the future country-by-country deployment of Ashoka’s newly implemented technical infrastructure in
conjunction with senior members of the Global Talent, Search and IT teams
We are looking for two candidates with at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 (Manager)/5-7 (Senior Manager) years of
experience and are looking to take their next step by helping build an international and entrepreneurial organization
during a time of unprecedented growth. Both the Manager and Senior Manager will be based in Arlington,
VA and applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
