LAS VEGAS EXPERIENCE
TERMS OF ONLINE MICRO-SATELLITE, MINI-SATELLITE AND SATELLITE TOURNAMENTS
FROM FEBRUARY 25 TO JUNE 7, 2017
A total of seventy five (75) prizes will be awarded as part of the Las Vegas Experience event. The
date and time each prize will be awarded are indicated in the Appendix. Each prize worth
approximately three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($3,250) will consist of one (1)
Las Vegas Experience package, including:



Access for two (2) persons to a VIP evening that will be held in Las Vegas, according to
terms set by Espacejeux.com.
One (1) seat, worth one thousand five hundred U.S. dollars (US$1,500) to play in
tournament #47A or #47B MONSTER STACK $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em, at the winner’s
choice, during the World Series of Poker (WSOP), which will take place in Las Vegas on
June 24 and 25, 2017, at the Rio All-Suite Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
One thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200), which will be deposited in the winner’s
Espacejeux account within forty-eight (48) hours once participation in the WSOP has
been confirmed.
A participant may register for as many micro-satellite, mini-satellite or satellite tournaments as
he wishes, provided seats are available. In the event a participant wins more than one (1)
package, the following prize will be remitted for the second and any subsequent wins:
 One thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200), which will be deposited in the winner’s
Espacejeux account within forty-eight (48) hours once participation in the WSOP has
been confirmed.
 Two thousand fifty dollars ($2,050), which will be remitted as tournament credits and
deposited in the winner’s Espacejeux account within forty-eight (48) hours once
participation in the WSOP has been confirmed.
All information on bet size increases and distribution of a prize exceeding the guaranteed
amount will be available in the poker lobby. Espacejeux.com reserves the right to cancel,
postpone or restart any mini-satellite and satellite tournament or the Las Vegas Experience
event if circumstances warrant such action. Espacejeux.com also reserves the right to add
instant or other satellite tournaments to the event at any time and without notice.
Should a winner not comply with the terms herein or refuse the prize, the player who finished
next in the tournament ranking will be awarded the prize; that person will be required to
comply with all tournament terms. No compensation of any kind will be paid to a winner who is
unable to avail himself of his prize. Subject to the above, the prize must be accepted “as is” and
may not be redeemed for cash, transferred or exchanged.
Employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. are not eligible to participate in microsatellite, mini-satellite or satellite tournaments held as part of this event.
Espacejeux.com declines all responsibility should any incident or event prevent a winner from
benefiting from his prize. In that event, the winner will forfeit any prize he may have been
otherwise entitled to and no compensation of any kind whatsoever will be paid to him.
All expenses and costs not specifically indicated as being part of the package are excluded,
particularly all transportation and travel, accommodations, meals, beverages, passport and
airport fees of any kind, insurance, tips and incidental expenses.
Espacejeux.com may require winners to sign a prize receipt form.
If, for any reason, a winner is unable to go to the WSOP event for which he has won a seat, he
will forfeit the package and will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
The winner will be entirely responsible for paying all required taxes on any prizes won during
the WSOP event, to the entire exoneration of Espacejeux.com.
Each winner agrees to wear, throughout the WSOP tournaments (including final tournaments)
and in full view on his clothing, an Espacejeux.com logo associated with the package won and
selected by Espacejeux.com, in accordance with the terms determined by the latter. The winner
will not be authorized to wear any other logo at any time during the event and agrees to not
represent any other trademark that could come into conflict with Loto-Québec’s brand image.
Each winner will be expected to comply with all travel requirements at the time he travels to
Las Vegas, including holding a valid passport to enter the United States.
Espacejeux.com declines all responsibility in the event the winner does not arrive on time at the
airport, does not have the necessary documents to board or is refused access to the plane for
any reason whatsoever or in the event of any flight delays or cancellations.
Espacejeux.com declines all responsibility towards any person should the WSOP event be
delayed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure.
