The Purpose of this Summit is to offer trainings that will equip ministers
and preachers in a meaningful and practical way in order to meet the spiritual needs of today’s society.
It is also to defend themselves and render to their congregation the skills to win the battles of these last
days.
This involve the impartation of biblical understanding and practical guidance on how to be victorious
and a successful minister and church worker/leader through biblical teachings interspersed with
opportunities for personal development and spiritual balance. It will also offer strategies and skills for
enhancing supervision and mentorship for training pastors and ministers for delivering the future.
This is a conference for pastors, church planters, elders, church leaders and ministers
in training. The conference resources are prepared with the hope for adaptability and transferability of
knowledge. Hence, marketplace and home ministry leaders are welcomed. The conference will involve
intense workshops through breakout sessions in small groups, question and answer, private
ministration, and self-reflection to enhance the learning process.
Rev. Joseph Dodjro: - He is a devout minister of the gospel
who have traveled wide at home and abroad. His exemplary leadership,
humility, integrity and zeal for church growth and leadership development
makes him a speaker sought after in many national and international
conferences. Rev. DODJRO moves in powerful anointing for healing and
deliverance. He is passionate for life-transforming biblical teachings,
spiritual warfare workshops, prophetic intercessions, breakthrough all-night
prayers services, revival meetings, healing crusades, and Christian
leadership teachings in modern society. Through these ministries he
continues to impact life and helps many find meaning to their existence
across Canada, USA, and overseas. Rev. DODJRO is the senior Pastor of Balm
of Gilead Evangelistic Ministries, Calgary. He lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

He is a devout Christian who has many degrees
and certificates, notably two PhD’s in Adult learning and counselling
psychology. Mark has taught management and leadership programs in 2
Canadian universities and an additional 2 US universities as well as for
Franklin Covey. Mark has a significant amount of experience in both the
public and private sector, business, industry as well as in the post-secondary
educational system. Mark provides seminars and counselling services for
couples, families and individuals. Marks speciality other than leadership is
teaching others how to pick a lifelong partner, human sexuality and has written a book on the
purpose of life: The purpose of life brings your soul back to God and as many others as you can.
Mark is a certified traumatologist, and is an organizational effectiveness consultant for many
organizations. The developer of a world renown competency based management system, Mark
is the CEO/President of 3 organizations

He holds a strong belief in the power and value of every
human spirit. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a
Ph.D in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology. After a tour in the U.S
Army, he began practicing Psychology in Calgary, AB. He is an
accomplished researcher in the area of resiliency and spirituality. Dr. Nau
lectures on the topics of depression, anger, how to increase your selfconfidence and addictions. He is well traveled, having toured 26 countries
for both personal and professional purposes. He has provided
psychological care in foreign countries such as China and Iraq and has also
taught for 16 years as an adjunct professor.

He is a pastor, an evangelist, a
psychotherapist and a Naval Officer. He sensed the Call to Ministry as a
young man. He graduated from Northern Michigan University. He
attended Asbury Seminary and graduated from the Iliff School of
Theology. He pastored in Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, Texas, and Indiana.
His first congregation had 7 members and his largest congregation had a
thousand members. During his forty-one years of congregational ministry
over one thousand people came to faith in Christ. From 1980 to 1991 he
was a Certified Consultant in Church Growth with the Board of
Discipleship of the United Methodist Church. Dr. Rhodes became
interested in psychology as an undergraduate student. He earned a master’s degree in clinical
psychology and doctorate in psychology. He has three concentrations: clinical psychology; the
psychology of spirituality and organizational psychology with a dissertation on evangelism.
Currently Dr. Rhodes is on the faculty of American Public University, American Military and The
School of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. He has recently been appointed as
Professor of Chaplaincy with an emphasis on psychology and theology and Missional University

She is personate and consummate minister of God.
She founded the ‘We Reign with Christ Ministries’ while she was a Master student at The Taylor
Seminary University College, Edmonton. She and her husband are founder of ‘True Light Church’
in Edmonton. She hosts Christian talk show where she is divinely impacting the new generation
on positive living in the Market place. Her latest project is “Purity Keeper” which organizes
periodic workshops, seminars and training for newly wedded couples, Christians in courtship
and those looking unto God for marriage partners. She is a popular speaker churches and
conferences, workshops and seminars. She earned Master of Divinity from Taylor Seminary
University, Edmonton Alberta.
He is a seasoned pastors and leaders. He and his wife are
the founders of The Vision of Issachar’s Ministries (1 Chr. 12:32). Their
ministry works include partnership in church planting, academic dean and
lecturers in theological college, speakers at churches and conferences,
workshops and seminars. Dolu is divinely anointed to speak, preach and
teach the undiluted word of God with open mindedness, balanced biblical
doctrines, and devotion to apostolic move anchored on biblical principles
towards the upholding of exemplified Christ-like characters in the market
place. He provides periodic seminars, workshops, trainings, conferences and summits for church
workers and leaders. Constantly, he strives to bring the heart of God to the hearts of men by
equipping people with resources and teachings. He earned a Bachelor degree in Education,
Master degree in Development and a Registered member of Canada Immigration Consultants
(RCIC). He is a licensed minister in Alberta under the Fellowship of Christian Assembly of Canada
(FCA).
