Pump to Point Lubricators
The CPI SAFEGUARD™ P2P Lubricator offering has been designed as a
stand alone pump to point lubricator solution for hazardous
locations and all types of industrial machinery including reciprocating
compressors and reciprocating pumps.
The SAFEGUARD™ P2P lubricators are designed to work with CPI’s
extensive line of lubrication system products and accessories to
provide precise lubrication to your machinery.
CPI’s SAFEGUARD™ P2P Lubricators are configurable allowing for multiple
options including Lube Guards (shaft rotation alarm and low level
indication), Heater & Thermostat Assemblies, Automatic Oil Level Controllers,
Temperature Gauges and External oil supply systems.
The SAFEGUARD™ P2P Lubricators are available in multiple sizes which can
accommodate up to 25 individual pumping elements.
Various motor and gear box arrangements are available to provide a wide
range of camshaft speeds allowing for precise lubrication rates.
Pumping Elements are available in 2 plunger sizes which provide an
additional range of precise lubrication for your critical machinery.

Lube Guards:
CPI’s Lube Guards serve as both shaft rotation alarms (in all
applications) and as low level alarms (in applications using box
suction style pumping elements). Lube Guards are available in 2
suction tube lengths: 1/2” short (12.7mm) and 1” short (25.4mm)
allowing for pre-alarm and alarm capabilities.

Note: Useable capacity for reference only when using box suction
(vacuum) style pumps which draw oil from the lubricator reservoir.
