relax and let loose as well, but the planning of the reception is anything but relaxing. Besides finding the right dress, securing your venue can be the most challenging task when
planning your wedding. Our professional experienced staff will guide you through the
process with ease. Depending on your vision, we are proud to provide on-site event planning assistance
at no additional cost to you.
The Milano Room’s Lounge is the perfect place for standing cocktail parties. You have the private
use of this elegant entry lounge with a beautiful granite bar stocked with full premium alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages. The extensive premium bar includes seasonally updated handcrafted specialty
cocktails, reserve wines and domestic and imported beers. Coffee, cappuccino & espresso, assorted teas,
soda, fresh garnishes and mixers add to our venue’s premium bar menu.
We pride ourselves in our award winning, world-class kitchen and impeccable service. Our team of
passionate chefs cook with experience, heart, and soul devoted to make your wedding reception an
unforgettable feast. We serve combinations of fork tender veal and beef, the freshest local seafood,

Amici Italian Restaurant provides a complete on-site event menu including our award-winning gourmet
plates, butler passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet and sit-down style choices.
The Milano Room very comfortably accommodates large and small private parties and has a capacity of
150 for seated banquets with a dance floor. Located just one-half mile from the St. Augustine Beach, we
are the convenient location for a reception after a beach wedding ceremony. Just a short distance from
the St. Augustine Lighthouse and the Historical District, we can provide you with a list of referrals for
music, photography, wedding cake bakers, etc.

Booking Terms and Additional Charges
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at contract signing to secure the date of your event. An additional deposit of 50% is due within 60 days prior to event. Balance is due two weeks prior to event. Any
additional charges are due the evening of reception. In the event that the final payment is not received by
the due date, the amount due will be charged to the credit card on agreement contract. All deposits are
non-refundable. If on the day of the event the guest count exceeds the final number given by the client,
the credit card on file will be charged for the additional guests according to the food, beverage, tax &
gratuity per person as indicated on the final invoice.
Tax & Gratuity Fees
All food, beverage, service charges and extra hours are subject to state sales tax (6.5%) and a service
gratuity charge (20%).
Room Charge - $750.00 - $1000.00 (Waived and or adjusted depending on size and time; or if waiver
minimum is met.)
Cancellations
If the client cancels for any reason, the client forfeits any deposit amount(s) made up to that point.
Alcoholic Beverages
State law prohibits alcoholic beverages, other than what is offered by The Milano Room bar, to be
allowed into the event room. Any person questionable of age will be asked to present valid photo identification in order to confirm they are of legal drinking age (21). Those who fail or refuse to present proper
ID will not be served alcohol. Please provide us with a list of names and ages for underage attendees 30
days prior to your event. There is a bartending fee of $50.00 per bartender per hour for a cash bar or if
there is not a bar package purchased or the consumption bar has ended.
Group Liability
Upon signing the contract, it is assumed that the client and guests will attend the scheduled event in an
orderly manner and fashion, respecting all applicable Florida State Laws and Milano Room regulations.
The client assumes full responsibility for damage done to the facility. Attaching anything to the walls or
fixtures if not permitted. Anything placed on the bars must be approved by banquet director. The breaking of plates or glassware for cultural celebrations and or dances is not permitted unless pre-approved by
the director ahead of time and proper measures are taken in order to protect the floors. Any damages
incurred will be charged to the credit card on the contract agreement. The Milano Room at Amici will
not be held responsible for criminal acts of third parties.
Outside Items
Any materials brought into The Milano Room at Amici by vendors and/or guests must be removed by
the event coordinator or client following the event. Specialty linens must be ordered by Amici to insure
proper quantities and delivery. The Milano Room at Amici will not be responsible for any items that are
left at the facility or stolen. No vinyl decals, peel off materials, or stickers for monogramming or personalizing may be attached to the walls, windows, flooring, or any part of the facility. The following items are
not allowed in The Milano Room at anytime: sparklers, glitter, birdseed and confetti. Bubbles, candles,
flowers and faux flower petals are allowed.
