Co-exhibitor, additionally represented companies, group participation
1. Stand spaces are basically only loaned as a whole and only to a contractor. As an exhibitor / retailer you are not allowed to exchange, share
or make any other way accessible of your stand places to third parties
without the prior consent of the Con World Austria.
2. The use of the stand area by several exhibitors/retailers/companies is
only permitted by prior written approval through the Con World Austria.
3. Taking a co-exhibitor or additionally represented companies without
the explicit permission of the Con World Austria, entitles the Con World
Austria to terminate the contract with you and retain the stand fees.
House Rules
1. Con World Austria exerts the House Rules within the event area.
2. It is entitled to remove exhibits from the stand if their display contravenes applicable law, common decencies or the event program. Promotion of political and ideological purposes is prohibited. Serious violation of
eligibility requirements, technical guidelines or legal regulations, entitles
the Con World Austria to close or evacuate your stand.
3. The House Rules apply to the compound of the Design Center Linz in
the current version.
Liability
1. Con World Austria assumes no duty of care for exhibits, stand fittings
and objects which are the property of the persons working at the stand.
2. Provided that the risks can be insured, any liability for property or
pecuniary damage is excluded. This does not affect liability.
3. As an exhibitor you are liable to the Con World Austria for any damages culpably caused by you, your staff, your personnel or third parties
commissioned by you or other third parties, which fulfill your liabilities.
4. If the Con World Austria is forced due to force majeure or other
reasons - which don‘t have to be justified by Con World Austria - to clear
the exhibition area or parts of these temporarily or permanently, or to
postpone the event, shorten or extend, then you cannot derive rights
from that, in particular claims for damages against Con World Austria.
