Product Description
Color Coated Recycled Glass (CCRG) is Ruby Lake’s aggregate for safety demarcation
applications. Custom colors and aggregate size gradations are available per customer
specifications. The glass particles are completely coated on all sides. Even if the top coating is
worn away, the underlying color on all of the facets reflects through the clear glass matrix,
much like a mirror. The glass helps filter out U/V adding to the longevity of color.
Uses:
Ruby Lake Glass color coated recycled glass is used in road demarcation and skid resistant
surface applications. The CCRG is broadcasted and sprayed onto a resin binder on
concrete or asphalt surfaces. When applied, CCRG provides a tactile warning system with
a high friction, non-fading, consistent color surface.

Standard Packaging:
Color Coated Recycled Glass (CCRG) Aggregate is available in one (1) ton super sacs, on a heavy
duty wood pallet or in 50 lb bags.
Store in a cool, dry location and in their original bags. Store all bagged aggregates in a clean,
dry location away from moisture.
The shelf life is greater than 12 months.
Safety:
Handle one ton super sacs or 50 lb bags on pallets with appropriate sized material handling
devices for safe handling of the product.
The CCRG particles do not have sharp cutting edges. Handle with appropriate gloves to protect
from angular shaped particles.
