Reprints are dispatched within two weeks, but can take up
to six weeks subject to demand. Your negative/digital image file is
preserved and archived allowing reprints to be made at any time in the future.
Photographs should last for many years if properly displayed, however as with all dyes, light will affect
your print in time. Protecting your print from direct sunlight will help to minimise fading.
We take great care to ensure that photographs are of the highest quality, however we can offer no
guarantee of satisfaction and our total liability does not exceed the return of any monies paid. The trim
and colour balance of all prints is at the discretion of our professional staff. If on receipt, you are
dissatisfied with your photograph, please notify us in writing as soon as possible enclosing the print in its
original packing.
Please quote the reference number on the back of your original print and mount when re-ordering.
