Ralph Douglass
Will Walker
Ralph has been a Bensalem Resident since 1965 having
married Jean, deceased 2008. Jean, Ralph and other Jerrold
Electronics employees founded PECA, Inc. in 1968. PECA
was a Design and Manufacturing firm in the electronics
industry, primarily Cable Industry related. Ralph phased
down the business in 2011 and formed PECA Consulting
Group, providing Project Management Services.
I believe in sound advice and accountability.... As a
Financial Planner I partner with individuals and business
owners to help them navigate through, not only best
times, but also make sure they are protected against their
worst financial fears as well. I will be talking about some
of the ways we assist business owners with their
financial planning.
Jean and Ralph also became active in Bensalem Township
politics in the early 70’s, Jean as a Republican Committee
Women and Ralph as a longtime member of the Bensalem
School Board. Both Jean and Ralph served on various
township boards and committees.
Will resides in Bensalem, PA with his wife, Allison, and their
daughter, Sadie. He is the Head Soccer coach at Hulmeville
Soccer Club. His hobbies include: Reading, Running,
Anything to do with Sports, and Watching movies.
In 2010 Ralph was appointed to the Consumer Advisory
Council (CAC) of the Public Utility Commission (PUC) as an
appointee of Senator Robert (Tommy) Tomlinson. Ralph is
currently serving as president of the CAC which is the
subject of Ralph’s presentation to the Bensalem Business
Association (BBA). Ralph is currently serving as BBA’s Board
Secretary.
