IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING
1. We encourage you to place your order via our secure website at store.paulhobbswinery.com starting Thursday, July 31 at 12pm PST.
2. The order period will end Sunday, August 17 at 12am Midnight PST.
3. We often receive requests for additional bottles. If you would like to make a request, please do so online or in the space provided. If we are able to fulfill all or part of it,
we will automatically recalculate your order.
4. Payment may be made by either credit card or check. Credit card payments will be processed once your allocation is secured.
5. Orders will ship within a two week period beginning September 2, weather permitting. Please provide an email address to receive delivery notice and tracking information for your
shipment. In some cases, your shipment may arrive in two or more separate boxes. All wine deliveries must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age.
6. We take great care to ensure the safe shipment of your order. However, if your wine has been visibly damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of
delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.
