nestled in the Andean foothills and around the Mapocho River was discovered by Spanish conquistador Pedro
de Valdivia in 1541. It has since become a major South American city that offers first-class hotels and
restaurants, and access to the latest technology and services. The Chilean capital is no doubt the perfect
starting point for any visitor.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 SANTIAGO
Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 2 SANTIAGO
Morning or Afternoon tour around Santiago, visiting the most important attractions of the city, including a
walking tour downtown visiting the “Plaza de Armas” (main square), the Cathedral, Ahumada Boulevard and
“La Moneda” (Government Palace) from outside. Then, by vehicle, visit of the main avenues of old Santiago,
crossing the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood and drive up San Cristobal hill for a magnificent panoramic
view of the city and the Andes. After this, the tour will continue to the modern part of Santiago, including its
chic neighborhoods, shopping and financial centers. Return to the hotel. (B)
DAY 3 SANTIAGO · VIÑA DEL MAR · VALPARAISO · SANTIAGO
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure from the hotel and travel through the Casablanca and
Curacavi valleys. Upon arrival at the Pacific coast, visit of Las Salinas and Reñaca beaches and continuation to
Viña del Mar, known as the garden city for its beautiful parks and floral displays. In the afternoon, continuation
to Valparaiso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where stairways and old funicular lifts lead up to the many hills
