How to Assemble
MATERIALS
1. Cut out the front label on page 14.
Glue it to the front of the pocket folder.

2. Cut out the pocket labels and answer key
on page 15. Glue them to the inside of the
folder, as shown.

❖ scissors
3. Cut out the activity mat, word cards, and
sentence cards on pages 16, 17, and 18.
Store the cards in the zipper plastic bag.

4. Make multiple copies of the practice page
on page 13.
5. Place the practice pages in the left pocket and
the activity mat and cards in the right pocket.
