ART FOR DOG LOVERS
*Exhibit runs February 4 to March 2
Don’t miss the special appearance of rare Chinese Crested dogs from Showtime Cresteds
(call for times). See “Man’s Best Friend” in original Chinese Brush paintings and Western realist art,
prints (including Victorian children with pets), cards, cloisonné, bronze and porcelain-- there’s even
a stone incense burner crowned with a silver dog!
beginning at 1:30, featuring dogs and horses by Dog World cover artist Pamela Davis-Lumley.
The artist, who has won national awards in both genres, will compare the Chinese and European old
masters’ approaches to painting. In other demonstrations, she will tell stories from Chinese lore as she
paints to the background music of Chinese tea balads.

Weʼre Moving!
This may be the last major event we will host
at our Jacksonville location.
Our new, expanded space will be in a Victorian
in Medford, currently under restoration.
Once our doors close in March, we will “go virtual”
and put the contents of our gallery online for e-commerce
until the new space is ready.
As a “Thank You” to those of you on our mailing list
who show up for our February 4 reception,
we will be giving out customer appreciation coupons good
for online shopping discounts.
