Yolanda (one of the MILPO employees) was extremely helpful, pleasant. My card had expired and she stayed over to issue me a CAC. Response: Thank you for using the ICE system to submit a comment during your recent visit to the One Stop ID card section of MILPO. Unfortunately the hours of operation are normal duty hours and may be inconvenient to some customers. But if planned for ahead of time and within reason, we do try to assist customers outside the normal hours of operation. You may contact Luis Ortega, chief, Military Personnel Division, Directorate of Human Resources, at 842-2418 if you have any further questions. Tell us about your experience.
