Luper scored 36 points last Sunday at the Mabee Center. On Sunday, Luper was a perfect 6-for-6 from the three-point stripe, 5-for-13 from two-point range and 8-for-9 on free throw attempts. She also had four steals and three assists in the 12087 victory over North Texas. Chelsey Stricklen, Academic All Stater and another outstanding basketball player at Adair High, did not plan to play basketball after high school and is currently enrolled as a student at Oklahoma State University on academic scholarship.
