You can send us used stamps, discarded post cards, prepaid cards, and foreign
currencies.
We exchange them into money and utilize it in our activities.
At the
moment, the JVC Cambodia volunteer team and the Laos volunteer team are
working for this project.
The Cambodia volunteer team collects the following items:

Used prepaid cards
Telephone cards (NTT), Orange cards (JR), IO cards (JR East), PASSNET cards
(Tokyo Metro and other transportation companies in Tokyo area).

Used stamps
Japanese and foreign stamps pasted on
post cards or envelopes.
Please do not
remove them, but cut with a margin of ~5
mm around.

We also accept new stamps.
Foreign currencies and coins
Please send any foreign currencies and
coins.

posted (NO POSTMARK).
