WHO Students entering grades 3-10 WHAT Artscape 2016 is a five-day arts camp operated by the Allied Arts Council on the campus of Missouri Western State University with the support of MWSU’s Western Institute’s Community Arts. It offers children the opportunity to express their creativity in the areas of visual arts, theatre, dance and music. This is Artscape’s 29th year!
