Why did the chicken cross the playground? Why did the picture go to

Humility — Noun — the quality or state of not thinking you are better than other people: the quality or state of
being humble. It’s important to know what humility is and, more importantly, to be humble. Being humble is to be consistent in thinking of
others needs and appreciate the good in others. Be proud of what you
do and your accomplishments but don’t boast. Just because you are
better at an activity than someone else doesn’t mean that you are better than they are. Appreciate each and every person for who they are
… a fellow human-being. A person with talents, love and needs just
like you.
What are ways you use your talents and attributes in helping someone
in need?

Why did the chicken cross the playground?
To get to the other slide!
Why did the picture go to jail?
Because it was framed!
FROGS VS. TOADS
Do you know the difference between a frog and a toad? They are quite
different animals, although they belong to the same animal group.
Frogs:
Need to live near water
Have smooth, moist skin that makes them look “slimy”
Have a narrow body
Have higher, rounder, bulgier eyes
Have longer hind legs
Take long high jumps
Have many predators
Toads:
Do not need to live near water to survive
Have rough, dry, bumpy skin
Have a wider body
Have lower, football shaped eyes
Have shorter, less powerful hind legs
Will run or take small hops rather than jump
Do not have many predators. A toad’s skin lets out a bitter taste
and smell that burns the eyes and nostrils of its predators, much
like a skunk.
And neither frogs nor toads will give you warts! That is just a myth.

Did You Know?
We need food to fuel our bodies, however not all foods give us the same energy.
There are foods which provide energy to think, form our memories, and help us
to perform physical activities, while others only slow us down. The key to good
nutrition is to eat a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, dairy products,
and grains.
Check out the nutrition label of some of your favorite foods to learn more
about nutrition.
