Mojitos
Mojitos look best in pretty clear glassware – to display the mint and limes mixed
in the drink. For this reason, always put the mint in the glass first, then the limes
and sugar, then muddle, so as not to damage the delicate mint leaves.

Champagne and Sparkling Wine
Champagne and sparkling wine should always be chilled and never shaken. Most
importantly, when popping the cork, always point the bottle straight up away
from your guest‘s eyes.
BNO Bubbly
The red currant nose offers subtle hints of raspberry jam, while the palate bursts
forth with ripe red fruit permeating the light, effervescent mouth feel. This is no
buttoned-down Champagne; this is a lively, juicy sparkler with plenty of fun fruit
flavors.
