A quadratic function is a function of the form 𝑦 = 𝑎𝑥 2 + 𝑏𝑥 + 𝑐, where 𝑎, 𝑏, and 𝑐 are real
numbers, and 𝑎 is not equal to 0. There are two other useful ways in which quadratics can
be represented: standard form and factored form.
