has lower gravity than Earth, so you weigh less. But have you ever
wondered what would happen if you could travel to the other planets in
the solar system? A planet’s size determines how heavy an object on its
surface will be. Check out the table below to see how heavy different
objects would be on different planets. Then answer the questions.

Are there more people or more animals where you live? If you live
in a city this might be hard to imagine, but in some places the livestock
far outnumber the people. Imagine if your town had more than 300
sheep per person, for example, as in the Falkland Islands. That’s a lot
of sheep’s wool for sweaters! Look at the tables below to answer the
