Invites our Resident Fifth Grade through Eighth Grade Girls and their Fathers
To A Magical Soiree on Sunday, April 10, 2016
from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Jumping Brook Country Club.
COST: $104.00 per couple for two meals, One Adult & One Child’s Selection;
For two adult meals the cost is $114.00; For an additional adult meal the cost is $64.00;
For an additional child’s meal the cost is $46.00
Full Parties of 10-12 constitute a Reserved Table and
Must Be Handed To our Office together as a group.
All registration are due by Wednesday, March 23, 2016

For Fathers attending Both Dances, $10.00 will be deducted from your total cost for this dance

All Entrees will include an Appetizer of Mixed Field Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Our Adult Entrée selections are a choice of:
Chicken Parmigiana or Sliced London Broil with Madeira Wine Sauce
Adult Entrée’s will be served a potato and vegetable with Rolls and Butter.
Our Young Ladies selections is:
Chicken Tenders w/ French Fries
*Please note that young ladies have the option of selecting an adult meal for an additional cost.*
Dessert for All will be a Warm Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Drizzle
Each young lady will receive two digital pictures included in the price of the dance. We will also have photo
props available for the girls to utilize. Additional pictures can be purchased the day of the dance directly
