Here’s How We Do It
We at Leatherby’s take pride in preparing fresh whipped cream, savory soups, hearty salads, thick homemade sauces, and most important . . . rich,
handmade ice cream. We bake our own cookies and brownies. We roast our own bacon and turkey. We make our own secret recipe fry sauce. Fresh and
homemade are our hallmark.
In our kitchen, where lingering aromas of caramel, chocolate, and pineapple are familiar scents, you will find hand-stirred sauces cooking
in our 60 gallon candy kettle. Daily baking of specialty breads include moist and sweet golden oat with flaxseed bread, and a lightly flavored
sourdough bread. Oh, let’s not forget sourdough bread bowls, too.
We select superb ingredients that create our rich, high butterfat premium ice cream. To ensure a fresh and delicious product, we make it right
here in our creamery.
