INTRODUCTION
Life continually presents us with those experiences which enlighten
our understanding of the hidden workings of nature.
When understood, these gems from life must be used in such a way
as to provide humanity with greater benefits for health and living.
Often, these laws of nature are used to the detriment of life on this
planet by those who consider themselves greater than God.
Nature’s secrets have often been portrayed as being hidden behind
a veil, which was typically represented by the Egyptian Goddess,
Isis.
The front of her temple in the City of Sais bore this inscription:
“I, Isis am all that has been, that is, or shall be, and no mortal man
hath ever me unveiled”.
Only if humanity has eyes to see can it penetrate behind the veil
and understand Nature’s secrets.
All knowledge flows like a wave in the ocean from one generation to
another. When we reach the crest of the wave, we begin to perceive
a fuller expanse of the ocean surrounding us, more so than when
we are in the trough.
We continually await our rising up to the crest to gain further
understanding of the Universe in which we live. This book will
provide you with one small gem that will take you once again to the
crest.
Water is termed the universal solvent. It forms a major part of our
body, and is essential for the maintenance of our health.
I have written this small book to introduce you to those problems
associated with the lack of pure drinking water available to our
homes.

Most fluids that are taken daily have been chemically altered.
Chemically altered water consists of drinking liquids such as
tea, coffee, soft drink, cordial, pop, reconstituted fruit juice, alcohol,
etc.
In fact, even tap water is chemically altered. None of these liquids
add anything to benefit the health and cleansing efforts of our
bodies, rather they create a hindrance.
Life extension specialist, Paul C. Bragg, constantly recommended
the use of distilled water. He wrote on this subject, “When distilled
water enters the body, it leaves no residue of any kind. It is free
from sodium. It is the most perfect water for the healthy functioning
of those great “sieves”, the kidneys. It is the perfect liquid for the
blood. It is the ideal liquid for the efficient functioning of the lungs,
stomach, liver, and other vital organs”.
Dr Allen E. Banik, also a strong advocate for the use of distilled
water, wrote: “Distilled water is the greatest solvent on the earth the only one that can be taken into the body without damage to the
tissues. By its continual use, it is possible to dissolve inorganic
minerals, acid crystals, and other waste products of the body
without injuring tissues”.
For many years now I have used distilled water for drinking, and
have seen dramatic results with those patients who have
Conscientiously used distilled water to remove toxins from their
tissues and blood.
Like most water used for drinking, distilled water has inert
properties, that is, it lacks the living aspect. However, these inert
properties often cause distilled water to be labeled as dead water,
mainly because it does not contain any vegetable matter.
However, it is not the vegetable matter that gives life to water. Tap
water is also dead water, but unlike distilled water, it is toxic and
polluted.
LIVING WATER
What we need is living water, water charged with the energies of
life.
This energising effect to water occurs when water continually
passes over rock surfaces, such as waterfalls and glaciers. The
continual movement of the water over the rocky surfaces allows

minute concentrations of minerals to be displaced within the moving
water.
These minute minerals, called colloidal minerals, have low-grade
electrical charges that release energy into the water. This is how
Nature produces living water as distinct from tap water.
Often rainwater is quoted as being Nature’s purified water. This may
have been the case some centuries ago; however, it is not so today.
Rainwater is acid water, and is subject to the high pollution levels of
our atmosphere. It cannot be classified a living water, and is only
considered as being superior to tap water because it does not
contain dangerous substances such as chlorine and fluoride.
Rainwater contains small concentrations of hydrogen peroxide which
assist in the reduction of bacterial build up. The low concentration of
hydrogen peroxide does not affect the atmospheric contaminants.
Many people today are adding hydrogen peroxide and other similar
substances to their drinking water to clean and increase oxygen
potential. Such procedures do not produce living water.
As water sits in catchment tanks and reservoirs, it lacks all energy
potential. The forcing of water through pipes into our homes in no
way increases its energy, and with the addition of different
chemicals, lessens water's normal potential to increase health.
This book is about living water. It has nothing to do with hydrogen
peroxide, sodium chlorite, or ozone.
After observing Nature’s way of energising water, a specific
electromagnetic catalyst was developed to copy this natural
energising process, which in turn is used to increase the energy
properties of distilled water, creating energised distilled water.
Energised catalyst distilled water will create miraculous changes to
the tissues and organs of the body.
This book presents you with the story of Energised Catalyst Distilled
Water.

One
The Water we Drink
THE Hydrologic Cycle
The hydrologic cycle is considered as being the natural cycle where
the air, earth and water on our planet are cleansed.
Water evaporates from the surface of the earth and is attracted by
particles of dust in the air which become the nuclei to form
raindrops. When the clouds become saturated, moisture is released
as rain, and the cycle continues.
Unfortunately, today, the atmosphere consists of pollutants which
interact with the atmospheric bases producing acid rain water.
The major acids introduced into the atmosphere come from the
following sources.
Sulphuric acid (H2SO4);
Hydrogen nitrous (HNO3) from the combustion of motor vehicle
exhausts;
Hydrogen chloride (HCl) from the combustion of chlorine polymers,
such as, polyvinyl chloride in refuse incinerators.
The resulting acid rainwater has a pH of 4.30. Thus our entire water
supplies are highly contaminated even before public water
“purification” programs commence. No wonder our health is at risk
daily.
Domestic Water
The average daily domestic consumption of water per person in
Europe is 230 litres. This is not just for drinking; rather it is used for
gardens, bathing, swimming pools etc. This figure is similar to that
recorded in Classical Rome.
However, in Australia, a land of low annual rainfall, the figure is
about twice as great as Europe. This means that Australians waste
more water than they should, especially when you consider the
years of drought with which this naturally dry continent is inflicted.
There are six methods used for domestic water supply, which are:

Desalination of seawater.
In Western Europe very little stored rainwater is used. The River
Thames more or less directly supplies most of the water needs for
Southern Eastern England. Most cities in the world use large storage
reservoirs along rivers.
Inland towns in Australia often use river water, and this water
requires treatment to produce a safe level for consumption.
Generally, all waste water is returned to the river from which it
came, thus causing further pollution to the river.
Ground Water
A small proportion of rain that does not evaporate before or after
reaching the land becomes run off water which soaks underground
through porous rock. This is termed ground water.
Some ground water is used for domestic supplies. Perth, in Western
Australia, obtains 40% of its supply from ground water.
However, in recent years this resource is diminishing through
drought and overuse.
Water Treatment - A Case Study
The pH of pure water is 7.00. The treatment process of water with
substances such as fluorides and gaseous chlorine causes an
increase in the acid level. Many water authorities tend to alter the
acid level by dumping lime into the supply. This does not regulate
the pH of the water.
William Campbell Douglas, M.D. in his book, “Hydrogen Peroxide,
Medical Miracles”, wrote on chlorine and cancer. “I have been
warning people in Florida that they shouldn’t drink the municipal
water.
"Research shows that chlorine causes cancer. The chlorine reacts
chemically with organic materials to form cancer causing products
called trichlormethane's."
If your water comes from rivers or reservoirs, rather than wells, the
problem is worse. The surface water reacts with chlorine to form
chloroform, a highly carcinogenic substance”.

Melbourne, a city of approximately 4,000,000, uses an “updated”
system of water purification which will provide our illustration for
the basic principles used for domestic supply.
These treatment procedures were initiated because most of the
supply was drawn from the Yarra River catchment which includes
populated areas and farms.
The function of the treatment plant is to produce water of “good
quality” by the removal of solids, pathogens, iron, and colour from
the raw water.
The treatment comprised clarification by coagulation; settling; and
filtration, which is accomplished by passing the water through beds
of finely graded sand; then "chemical dosing”, follows these.
The raw water is dosed with hydrated lime slurry (a paste of CaOH)
to adjust the pH. A solution of aluminium sulphate is then added.
This acts as a coagulant by forming a precipitate of aluminium
hydroxide as floc which entraps suspended solids and microorganisms.
The filtered water is chlorinated to disinfect it and to minimise the
growth of bacterial slime in the holding reservoir and the
distributing system. Finally it is treated with calcium hydroxide to
adjust the pH.
Such an elaborate treatment method is duplicated world wide to a
greater or lesser extent. Everyone should consider whether
treatment procedures such as these do much, if at all anything, to
improve health.
Tap Water Is Hazardous To Your Health
Many of the processes used to clean water supplies are responsible
for creating carcinogenous states in our bodies. These include
substances such as chlorine, fluoride, and asbestos.
A chemical link between chlorination of drinking water and bladder
and rectal cancer is suggested by a study published by the
American Journal of Public Health in 1992.
According to the study, the carcinogens, or cancer causing agents,
are most likely to be the trichlormethane's which are the by
products formed by the interaction of chlorine with other substances
in the water.

Something like the trichlormethane's, of which the highly toxic
substance chloroform is the most widely known, have been
discovered to be by-products of chlorine based water purification.
The findings of the study have led to at least one environmental
group, several researchers, and public health officials, to call for
stricter EPA (Environment Protection Agency) standards for the
concentration of trichlormethane's in drinking water, and less
dependence on chlorine for water purification.
The most significant increases found by the study were in rectal
cancer. Results indicated that chlorination results in 6,500
additional cases each year in the U.S.A., or represents about 18%
of all cases.
Anyone drinking chlorinated water, the study found, incurred a 38%
higher risk of developing rectal cancer. The numbers for bladder
cancer were smaller but significant.
Approximately 4,200 cases of bladder cancer, or 9%, were traced to
trichlormethane. And anyone drinking chlorinated water incurred a
21% higher risk of developing bladder cancer.
A report from the Environmental Defense Fund, a Washington based
environmental group, stated, “Although the concentration of these
carcinogens is low, it is precisely those low levels which many
cancer scientists believe are responsible for the majority of human
cancers in the United States.
Asbestos
Asbestos fibres are often found in many water supplies. They are
the result of old asbestos supply pipes, or the by-products from
mining ore containing taconite, and low concentrations of asbestos
fibres which are dumped into lakes and rivers by the mining
companies.
These rivers are often used for water supplies. The increase of
asbestos in drinking water has increased the incidence of stomach
cancer.
Asbestos fibres also cause high rates of cancer of the lungs,
gastrointestinal tract, as well as a fatal cancer called mesotelcoma.
Flouride
There have been many books written about the dangers to our
health from the fluoride which is dumped into our water supplies
under the pretence of lessening decay of children’s teeth. It is

causing many disease problems such as birth defects, heart, kidney
disease, allergies, and cancer.
The following list allows a check on some of the symptoms resulting
from fluoride toxicity:
1.
Cramps and pain in the stomach, lack of appetite, nausea
and vomiting
2.
Intestinal diarrhoea or constipation
3.
Short breath, cough, and expectoration
4.
Joint stiffness, rheumatic pain, and aches
5.
Tiredness, sleeplessness, headaches, and giddiness
6.
Rash, itching or skin symptoms
It is necessary to cease drinking this poisonous water from your tap
and begin to rid your body of these toxic materials.
Some foods are high in fluoride even in the absence of added
fluorides from the water. Ready to eat cereals such as corn flakes
and grape nuts are notoriously high in fluorides.
Foods that are naturally low in fluorides include fresh fruit,
vegetables, wholegrain cereals, nuts, meat, and dairy products.
People living near aluminium, phosphate, steel, clay, fruit and glass
manufacturers are exposed to high levels of fluorides in the air.
People employed in these industries have even higher exposure.
Food grown in these polluted areas; especially fruit, vegetables, and
grains become contaminated with fluoride.
Is Mineral Water the Answer
Trying to escape the unhealthy water from town supplies, many
people are turning to bottled mineral water for drinking.
Twelve per cent of soft drinks are made from either plain or
flavoured mineral waters.
Advertisers usually claim that mineral water, being natural, will
provide better health, however, their claims are not substantiated.
Some of the commercially produced mineral waters are prepared by
dissolving salt in tap water. Products such as these are now
required by law to be labeled “Mineralised Water”.
However, all mineral water in Australia which is sold as “natural
mineral water” must be obtained from under ground sources.

The key to this claim lies in “obtained from underground sources”,
and this is the end of the requirement. Most of the natural mineral
water used for bottling in Victoria, Australia, contains up to 27mg/Lof iron. This spoils the taste of flavoured drinks, so the iron is
oxidised by using chlorine, or bubbling air through the raw water.
After standing for five days, the iron oxide is removed by using
carbon filters. A very fine filter removes the particles of carbon that
have passed into the water.
Finally the water, which has lost most of its carbon dioxide during
treatment, is re-carbonated and bottled. Raw spring water has a pH
of 6.70 to 6.80, and the finished product has an acid level of pH of
6.00 to 6.5.
Other natural mineral waters often have high salt levels. Flavoured
mineral waters have higher sodium levels due to the use of sodium
based preservatives which contain sodium benzoate.
Those people who suffer from high blood pressure should not use
mineral water as they not only have high sodium levels, but also
high levels of sucrose.
How to Obtain Pure Water for Drinking
After studying the above information you are probably in a
quandary about where to get pure water for drinking and cooking.
As Samuel Taylor Coleridge is often quoted,
“Water water everywhere
nor any drop to drink.”
Drinking water regularly from the tap becomes a game of Russian
roulette. I talk often with many people who buy cheap water
purifiers in an attempt to improve their drinking water.
Most of the jug types only remove some bacteria and other
vegetable matter, leaving the toxic chemicals in the water.
As we have seen, bottled mineral water is not the answer for these
highly carbonated waters tend to aggravate those who suffer from
hiatal hernia and other digestive disorders.
Both rain and spring water all has high levels of impurities, which
can cause serious health problems.

There are many methods of water purification used today such as
reverse osmosis, silver oligodynamic water filtration, and distilled
water.
I will briefly review these methods in order that you may make your
own personal assessment regarding their use.
Reverse Osmosis
Reverse osmosis is a process which uses a water pressure
differential to separate the impurities from the water. The unit
usually has a cellulose acetate membrane which removes up to
95% of dissolved solids and most of dissolved compounds,
depending on the quality of the unit.
The unit should be self cleaning in that as the feed water flows
through the unit, is divided into two streams. One stream passes
through the membranes to produce clean water, whilst the other
stream carries the rejected salts and particulate materials down the
drain.
There should be no accumulation of debris on the high-pressure
side of the membrane.
Silver Oligodynamic Water Filter
Oligodynamic means that the sterilization or purifying action of a
substance is active in small amounts.
The silver in the form of ions is released from a carrier which is
activated charcoal as the water passes through the filter. The silver
inhibits the growth of bacteria and removes the chlorine, allowing
the minerals to pass through.
Some of these bacteriostatic water filters are portable and useful as
travel models.
Distilled Water
Distilled water is the only pure water available. It is found in Nature
in the form of rainwater, and in all fruit and vegetables.
However, atmospheric pollutants contaminate rainwater.
Distilling water for human consumption requires the following
procedure. Water is heated to boiling point which kills the bacteria.
The steam vapour which cannot hold any chemical, bacteria or
mineral impurities, is released from the boiling water. The vapour is
then collected and condensed back to water which is free of
contaminants. Distilling removes all minerals, whether beneficial or
harmful, from the water.

Naturopaths and nutritionists have for many years, recommended
distilled water as preferred drinking water.
Energised Water
Water purification methods such as reverse osmosis and steam
distillation do not possess high energy levels. In other words, they
lack the life or bio properties necessary to produce healthy cells.
In order to activate the energy potentials of water we must increase
the colloidal electrolyte and oxygen levels.

Two
The Utopia on Earth
Early last century Western civilization discovered a race of people
who apparently, up to that time, knew no sickness or disease.
Rubbing with local soil healed their wounds, and their children grew
up not suffering from any Western diseases such as mumps,
measles, or chicken pox.
The women were so healthy that they needed no assistance with
delivery at child birth; the men looked forty when seventy’ they
sired children at ninety; and would walk sixty miles a day through
mountain tracks, conduct their business, and return that evening to
their homes.
These people are called Hunza, and following their “discovery”
research was carried out seeking the reason behind their longevity
and high energy levels.
It was discovered that their “secret” to good health lay in the type
of water they drank, and used on the soil which produced healthy
crops for their food.
Living in the Himalayas, the drinking water, as well as the water
available to the soil, was of glacial origin. So what made this glacial
water more beneficial than any other water found in abundance on
this planet?
The basis of glacial water forms the basis for our understanding of
Energised Water!
The Coanda Effect
Dr. Henri Coanda, a Romanian scientist, in 1920, discovered that
fluid flowing over any surface tends to cling to that surface as if it
were “alive”- and this has been termed scientifically - “The Coanda
Effect”.
Coanda’s interest in the properties of water led him to travel to
Hunza land in the early 1930’s because he was told that the secret
of the Hunza’s longevity was related to the water that they drank.
Coanda analysed Hunza water and became convinced that the
secret of Hunza water lay in its molecular structure. Much of his
analysis of Hunza water was devoted to the study of its properties
in a crystalline form, such as in snowflakes.

He invented a device which he called “a fluid amplifier” which could
make snow from water. From the use of this instrument he made an
exciting discovery which even today has not been outwardly
researched relative to the benefits for the health and energy needs
of humanity.
Coanda found in the centre of each snowflake a circulatory system
composed of very small tubes in which unfrozen water still
circulated.
This was akin to the sap in plants, and the blood in animals. The
water which contained those tubes characterised a “living” feature
as distinguished from that stagnant lifeless counterpart taken from
the tap supply.
He studied the cycle of the “life of the snowflake which “died” when
the water in it became congealed, and from these experiments he
established a direct relationship between the deterioration of the
snowflake and the lifespan of those people who regularly drank this
type of water.
This life fluid seemed to “add” to the life, however, this was later
revealed by his pupil, Patrick Flannagan, and others after his death.
Colloids and Living Water
The glacial water of the Hunza was composed of minute amounts of
minerals in a colloidal dispersion. A colloidal dispersion consists of
very small non soluble particles having a like electrical charge.
Colloids are larger than molecules, but small enough to remain
dispersed in a fluid. The properties that distinguish colloidal
minerals from other elements are that they do not settle to the
bottom of the container but remain dispersed evenly throughout the
medium. In this case, it is water.
The pressure caused by tonnes of ice slowly flowing down a
mountainside, grinds the surface rocks of the mountain into
powdered minerals.
These colloidal minerals, being so minute, cannot be seen by the
naked eye; however, they remain suspended in the ice and
subsequent melted liquid.
Another important phase of this discovery was the recognition that
these colloids create healthy living water. These colloidal minerals
are ionic, and they react with one and other lowering the surface
tension of the water.

This in turn allows increased oxygenation of the composition of the
water.
Research shows that large colloids tend to bounce around and lose
their electrical charge, whereas, the very small ones, such as those
found in the Hunza’s water, retain their charges.
This retention factor is termed the Zeta Potential. A Zeta Potential
creates a charge that is very long lasting.
Thomas Riddick, a colloidal chemist, stated that the Zeta Potential is
a basic law of Nature in that it plays a vital role in all plant and
animal life by maintaining a discreteness, or separateness, amongst
the billions of circulatory cells that nourish the organism.
The human body is a colloidal sac. All the fluids of the body require
electrical attractions due to the high numbers of colloidal minerals
that make up the body fluids.
In fact these colloidal minerals are necessary for the cellular
rebuilding process. Colloids, because of their minuteness, are
homoeopathic in small proportions relative to the total body fluids.
Our blood cells have a protective coating of albumen, which keeps
them charged, stable, and uncoagulated. When we ingest food
substances that are harmful to the body, they coagulate the blood
cells.
This is often referred to as blood sludge or toxic waste which, over a
period of time creates a sluggishness which eventually kills the
cells.
However, if we are able to ingest highly charged colloids from fresh
food or energised distilled water, these will tend to enhance the
overall negative charge on the blood cells which increases their
energy potential and the health of the total cellular structure.
Having broadly understood the basis behind the benefits of Hunza
water, many researchers worked diligently to duplicate these
needed properties.
There are several different catalysts made in the U.S.A. However,
there is only that meets the criteria of Hunza properties, and this
forms the basis of Energised Distilled Water.
In the next chapter we shall study those basic energy potentials
that underlie catalyst water.

Three
A Portrait of Catalyst Water
To understand the potential benefits to be gained from the regular
use of energised water catalyst, we need to investigate some of the
underlying energy principles involved.
The Homoeopathic Connection
Homoeopathy is a healing science developed as a system by Dr.
Samuel Hahnemann some two hundred years ago. The
homoeopathic system requires the use of minute amounts of plant
and mineral substances in potentized form to cure major illnesses.
The secret of homoeopathy lies in the minuteness of the actual
substance with the development of high-energy frequencies. In
other words, homeopathy uses the energy of the substance rather
than the substance itself.
The use of minute proportions of substances in healing has been
used and promoted for over three thousand years.
Hahnemann consolidated it into a system which he termed
Homoeopathy
The purpose of the homoeopathic principle is to create frequency
patterns of energy from the minute particles. To create a water
catalyst similar to that of Hunza glacial water, it requires specific
properties to be successful.
The base water that would be used in the manufacture of a water
catalyst must be extremely pure, even purer than distilled water. If
you do not begin with very pure water, you are unable to create the
required electromagnetic field within the catalyst.
The second requirement is that it must have a conductivity level of
zero. Conductivity is the measure of dissolved salts in the water.
Once we have established these criteria, we are ready to create a
permanent electromagnetic field in the water base of the catalyst.
The process of building a catalyst involves several different steps to
create the discreteness of the required colloidal minerals.
Once the catalyst is perfected it can be added to distilled water in
homoeopathic concentrations to expand its energy potential which
can be used for many purposes.

The balance of the life processes in our cells requires that the
relative concentrations of the ions are maintained within certain
limits.
The maintenance of the concentration differences and ratios is
crucial for the transmission of low voltage electrical signals known
as nerve impulses, which are required for nerve and muscle action.
Oxygen – The Water Solvent for Life
The oxygen needed by aquatic plants and animals for the releasing
process of respiration is obtained as Dissolver Oxygen in their water
surroundings.
Thus the higher the oxygen electrolytes available in drinking water,
the greater, the energy quotient available. To obtain this greater
level of oxygen, the catalyst has been developed which increases
the electrolytes once the distilled water is added to it.
The catalyst does not contain any hydrogen peroxide or chlorite
based substances.
The energised water catalyst lowers the surface tension of the water
which promotes greater absorption properties. A high quality
catalyst assists in the assimilation of nutrients, in other words, the
water becomes more active, making the digestion complete.
Catalyst water breaks down the food particles better than ordinary
water freeing greater amounts of minerals and vitamins for use by
the body. When used in the manufacture of foods and medicines, it
makes their properties more available for the body’s use.
Catalyst water assists in the breakdown of protein into component
amino acids when structured by the liver. Carbohydrates and fats
are also more effectively digested, and it assists with the removal of
acid wastes from the system.
Catalyst water has a pH of 7.00 and is a powerful antioxidant and
free radical scavenger. Many people have reported that they are
able to tolerate higher stress loads when regularly drinking EWC.

Energised Distilled Water and Detoxification
Our bodies are composed of some 80% water. Most people I see in
my practice do not drink sufficient water daily to maintain their
body's health.
We should drink half an ounce of distilled watert daily for every
pound of body weight, or 29ml for every kilogram of body weight.
To many, this is considered as being an awfully high water load.
People regularly ask me why they should drink so much water, and
why energised distilled water?
I always like to draw their attention to the drinking process which
most dogs follow without being taught. A dog will usually drink
small amounts of water regularly throughout the day maintaining a
continual hydration of its tissues.
Humans have become so far removed from nature that they have to
relearn how to drink the correct amount of water daily for their
body's needs. The lack of drinking water has most certainly been
replaced by the increased use of tea, coffee, herbal tea and coffee
substitutes, soft drinks, cordials, reconstituted fruit juices, mineral
water and alcohol.
In other words, we have replaced the natural use of water with
water added substances that are laced with sugars, salts and
chemicals, which tend to increase the build up of toxic materials in
the body.
Pure distilled water with catalyst electrolytes added, and drunk
relative to body weight daily, will tend to hydrate and wash out the
toxic wastes which build up in the tissues.
These wastes include refined sugar, toxins, mineral salts, plus those
heavy minerals such as aluminium and fluoride.
You cannot expect to just drink tap water and cleanse your tissues.
Tap water is high in added chemicals, as well as containing those
hard minerals that will increase the tissue load.
Distilled water must be steam produced, and although it could not
be 100% pure when used after exposure to air, once it is energised
with the correct catalyst, it will, on reaching the tissues and cells,

cleanse them by attracting the high wastes and washing them out
of the body.
Of course, as our dogs teach us, the amount taken at any one time
should be small, and drunk at regular intervals throughout the day.
If we use large amounts less frequently, we will flush the bladder
only.
Catalyst water taken daily in small amounts will keep the toxins
flushed out of the body, and aid the digestive tract, keeping the
colon (large bowel) moving.
Let us now go back to basics. Most of the water that we use for
drinking, as you read in chapter one, starts with the rain, and this
rainwater is cationic or acid. As this acid water hits the earth it
meets anionic ions (alkaline ions) to which it bonds.
Through this anionic bonding, it draws mineral molecules into the
water.
The higher the mineral content, the harder the water becomes.
These minerals are inorganic, and we require the plant cycle to
utilise the organic minerals from the ground water and organise
them for animal consumption.
However, most of our water is stored in dams or drawn from rivers,
springs, or wells. Therefore most drinking water is high in inorganic
minerals.
While the body requires organic minerals, it most certainly does not
assimilate those inorganic minerals found in drinking water.
Whereas most of these inorganic minerals may be passed out of the
body. Some get involved in the anionic cationic exchange and are
deposited in the joints and create a build up there.
Often this is seen with arthritis. When these minerals are dumped in
the tissues they harden them causing restriction to the flow of the
blood through the arteries and veins.
When they dump into those tissues which form the bowel walls they
harden the wall, causing restricted movement to the bowel
operation.
What happens when we drink energised distilled water? In this
medium the ions are free to pick up the inorganic ions of those
minerals that are dumped in the tissues and joints.

In other words, the energised distilled water begins to leach those
offending ions out of the body.
The Toxic Bowel
In this chapter I have mentioned several times about problems
involved with the bowel through not drinking sufficient energised
distilled water daily.
The colon should be regarded as a living river. There is no doubt
that many of our great rivers in the world are now stagnant and
devoid of living organisms, except for those survivors now mutated
due to the heavy loads of pollution dumped over the years.
For many people, their colon is stagnant and does not reflect the
attributed of a living river. Generally the bowels of many individuals
may be likened to a septic tank which just holds faecal matter
between bowel movements.
This of course is not a natural state for the bowel. The cycle of
digestion is a continual flow through which nutrients are continually
extracted.
The food passes into the stomach where it is mixed with
hydrochloric acid and the alkaline digestive juices. From here it
passes into the twenty odd feet of the small intestine.
Once here the secretions from the liver are added via the
gallbladder, as well as those specific enzymes from the pancreas.
Although a minor amount of absorption occurs in the stomach, most
of our nutritional needs are extracted from in the small intestines.
From here the mushy mass passes into the colon like an active
river. The solid portion precedes the liquid, and this liquid is
selectively absorbed through the walls of the intestines.
Even in the large bowel nutrients and bile salts are reabsorbed for
further use.
When toxic wastes are poured into the bowel due to a continual
overload in the liver and other organs of the body, the wastes begin
to build up in excessive amounts which begin to cling to the bowel
walls. The more toxic the bowel becomes, the dirtier the colon wall
becomes.

The less water that we drink, the more the body has to recycle its
fluids. With every meal, the bowel becomes more toxic, and the
liver becomes filthier and unable to detoxify itself.
One of the greatest risks occurring today in many people is that
these end products of digestion build up and remain in contact with
the lining of the bowel for up to four days.
This is occurring increasingly in our world society, as many people
follow the so called modern diet which is low in fibre and high in pap
through consistently eating take away and fast foods as well as
purchasing devitalised packaged foods from supermarkets.
In the U.S.A., investigations have found that the average low
roughage consuming America has two nutritionally significant types
of bacteria in his or her colon. The dominant group is known as
bacteroides and bifid bacteria.
Now, the liver produces bile which is composed of several different
chemicals, generally termed bile acids, and these are known as
cholic and deoxycholic acid. It has been researched and proven that
the bile acid, cholic acid, can be converted into a powerful cancer
causing chemical, apcholic acid.
Also, the other bile acid, deoxycholic acid, can be changed into 3methylcholantherene, which is a well-known carcinogen.
Those who continue to live on a life long diet of low roughage foods
are possibly converting their own harmless bile acids into cancer
producing agents.
The longer these toxins are stored in the bowel due to delaying
movements, the greater the problem produced. The United States
currently has the highest rate of colon cancer in the world.
The incidence of colon cancer in the United States is seen as being
900% higher than Nigeria, and 1,300% higher than Uganda. Both of
these countries are mooted as having high roughage diets.
Why wait until you experience pain, bleeding, diarrhoea or
constipation, before changing your diet? Often it is too late and
treatment of tumours involves the removal of part or the entire
bowel, as well as destruction of healthy tissue.
Our diet should include the correct amount of roughage daily, plus
enough energised distilled water to wash out and cleanse the bowel
regularly of any toxins.

Water is life to the body and its living river. Most people are
fastidious about washing their hands, showering daily.
However, how often do you wash your body internally? It should
also be daily.
The Radical Oxygen
Some medical authorities look on oxygen as being a toxic substance
because it breaks down into free radicals. Free radical oxygen is
called "singlet oxygen"; in that it has one electron missing.
Water, H2O, is a chemically well-balanced molecule. It is stable and
does not break down. Alkaline water acts as an anti-oxidant
because it bonds with free radicals and nullifies them.
Oxygen is carried in the blood by the haemoglobin molecule which
is part of a red cell. In all Nature there is balance, and in the body
there is a balance between the ratio of carbon dioxide and oxygen.
Should the level of carbon dioxide drop below seven percent, the
oxygen is held more tightly together to the haemoglobin molecule
due to a chemical bond preventing it from coming off from the
blood. This results in lower oxygen available for the tissues,
creating a condition called hypoxia.
The correct level of carbon dioxide in the air sacs in the lungs
should be about six and a half percent for complete oxygen
absorption. This level is dependent on the way we breathe.
Some forms of exercise generate too much oxygen in the lungs
which, in turn depletes the carbon dioxide lowering the oxygen
available for the tissues and cells.
Exercise such as swimming is favourable for oxygen/carbon dioxide
balance, because the breath is held for periods allowing the oxygen
to be utilised. Lack of cellular oxygen may be seen as the most
common cause of cellular injury.
Ageing of the Body
We do not calculate the age of the body by the number of years the
body has been on the Earth. An eighteen year old can be
biologically older than someone sixty or more.
Measuring the rate of cell loss daily determines the true age of
someone. The quicker cells degenerate, and the longer it takes to
replace them, the faster the ageing process.

Oxidation is the process of delivering nutrients to the cells, and the
releasing of energy. Oxidation is a cleansing process, and it cleans
your cells so that they wear out slowly.
Toxins should be removed from the cells and tissues daily. You
should drink sufficient clean water, high in oxygen, on a regular
basis to achieve this level of cleansing.
Catalyst water contains oxygen catalysts as well as colloidal
minerals which provide the necessary elements to clean the body.
A minimum daily intake of catalyst water should be ten glasses,
mixed in steam distilled water.
Enzymes
Daily, the liver supplies thousands of enzymes for the body's health
and energy. To increase this energy release read the next chapter
on "The Amazing Lemon".
Every organ in the body requires enzymes for the body's
functioning. Enzymes from food sources are changed by the body
into more than 3,000 different enzyme varieties for the body's well
being.
As we age enzyme quantities diminish causing weakness to the
immune system. The pancreas produces digestive enzymes to
balance the digestive juices. As the pancreatic enzymes diminish
you will suffer indigestion, and lower absorption of nutrients.
Enzymes are anti-ageing packets of energy for the body.
Drinking distilled water with fresh lemon juice increases the
availability of enzymes in the stomach which in turn improves the
immune function protecting the body against illness.

The Amazing Lemon
When illness begins in the body the liver is the first organ that
begins to lose energy. Dr. Carey Reams stated that one of the
major functions of the liver is to produce some six billion different
enzymes daily.
Should the liver’s function be reduced to 90% efficiency, the body
will miss some six hundred million enzymes daily! How many people
have their liver functioning at 90% efficiency?
The liver requires specific minerals from the diet to provide the
necessary “raw materials” for the manufacture of enzymes which, in
turn, are used by the various organs and glands of the body.
Once these enzymes are present in correct proportions, the organs
and glands absorb specific minerals which provide the energy
required.
The mineral elements come from the food, and it is essential to eat
that food which is rich in a variety of mineral elements.
Our food contains minerals that are essentially cationic. That is,
these minerals have a positive electromagnetic charge. To produce
energy in the digestive tract there must be a resistance between
the positive and negative ions present.
In other words, if most of the minerals in our food are cations, of a
positive polarity, there will be a need for minerals that have a
negative charge, anions. These anions need to be at the required
strength, or number, to react with the cations to produce energy
from their reactions.
The resistance generated by the reactions of the cations and anions
creates all energy for our body. The resistance is measured by pH,
and in the human body resistance is measured by the pH of the
urine and saliva.
The beginning of all illness is the lack of the required mineral
elements in food. Once the various cells in the body are deprived of
these needed mineral elements, the body fails to produce energy.
When any cell in the body begins to lack some mineral elements,
the cell loses energy and begins to die. Should the body cells die at

a faster rate than the body can produce new cells, and, at the same
time, the dead cells are not excreted in the urine, we will see the
beginning of degenerative disease.
If the dead cells continue to build up in an organ of the body
because of the long-term deficiency of mineral elements which is
essential for the integrity of that organ, a process called “ionization”
will occur in the tissues of that organ.
With the high number of wastes and energy loss, this ionization
process produces a build-up of acid wastes that shuts out oxygen
from that organ. To survive, the organ’s good cells begin to rob
elements from the adjoining tissues and cells, expanding the
deficiency areas and create further acid states in the body,
increasing toxic levels.
It is essential to reverse this process to restore health. In essence,
it is better to correct the problem before it goes too far.
There is no doubt that there is not one person in the world who
enjoys perfect health in their cellular structure.
To correct the degenerative state, we must balance the pH. This
requires the rebuilding of the stressed liver function. If we can
rebuild the liver, it will, at a specific point, detoxify itself, and, in
turn, detoxify the whole body.
One of the major problems experienced in treating degenerative
diseases, is the body's inability to metabolise or breakdown protein,
because the pancreas is unable to produce protein metabolising
enzymes.
To reverse the progress of degenerative disease by removing
protein from the diet is not the answer. With the treatment of
headaches, when codeine and aspirin remove the pain, they do not
address the cause of the pain.
The same principle applies to most illnesses. Medicine tends to treat
the symptoms rather than the cause. With pancreas problem, we
need to restore its ability to produce protein metabolising enzymes,
and this, in turn, will reverse the cellular degeneration.
The pancreas, like all organs and glands in the body, receives its
input from the liver. In order to correct the pancreatic dysfunction
we must rebuild the liver.

To improve liver function we need to increase the liver's ability to
produce bile at the required strength. Previously we saw that the
liver bile is anionic, and that the majority of the minerals in our food
are cationic.
When the liver is not producing the bile at the correct strength,
energy levels in the body are reduced because the resistance is
lowered.
The Lemon
The juice of the lemon is one of the major “anionic” foods that we
are blessed with. The lemon, in conjunction with calcium, helps to
extract the energy from the living aspects of our food.
If the liver is sluggish, the anions in the lemon will help release the
cationic minerals from the food and make them available for use by
the liver.
To increase this rebuilding potential with lemon juice we need add it
to energised distilled water in the correct ratio providing a natural
base for those six billion enzymes required by every organ and
gland in the body.
Consider now the various benefits that lemon water produces with
the liver.

The lemon water stimulates the liver to flush itself of high
toxic wastes.

It does this because the lemon, being anionic, has a specific
frequency energy pattern which will resonate with the liver cells and
restore its function much as occurs with homeopathic remedies.

Finally the pancreas function becomes unbalanced, protein
breakdown is inhibited, and the body begins to put the excess
carbohydrates into the fat pool.
From this point on, depending on that area of the body which is
loading the highest amount of the required minerals, the body cells
break down and degeneration ensues, which occurs in one of the
many thousands of ways listed under the many named diseases by
allopathic medicine.
Lemon water should be made only from tree ripened lemons. They
are more effective than those picked green and ripened during
transit.
Energised distilled lemon water should not be used unilaterally by
anyone.
It must only be used under supervision of a trained Ionictherapist
who will monitor the patient’s metabolism with the Equation of Life.
For instance, some people may be so ill that their reserve energy
level is so low that their system could not cope with the high toxic
wastes that are flushed from the liver.
They may, unknown to them, have high salts and urea, which would
mean that lemon water is contraindicated. Also, if when drinking
lemon water one experiences a burning sensation in the stomach, it
reflects an acid pH and must be stopped.
It is safe to drink only energised distilled water in the above
instances which will assist in tissue cleansing. It is always necessary
