Louisiana R-II School District has a very proud tradition of community support in its various activities,
programs, and facilities.
Today we are looking for sponsors for our Football Field Scoreboard project. Our current scoreboard is
nearly 30 years old and badly in need of replacing. We have had numerous problems with it and due to
its age, parts are becoming both hard to find and costly to replace. Replacing the scoreboard will cost
approximately $30,000, with installation.
Sponsorships details can be found on the attached form. Sponsors can be community organizations,
businesses or individuals. You can direct any questions regarding a sponsorship to Curtis Hendrickson,

$10,000+
You will have your name, your business’ name or your organization’s name prominently and permanently
displayed on the scoreboard for the life of the scoreboard.
You will also have a 4’x8’ full color banner with your message proudly displayed on the football field for at least
the next four years.
In addition, you will have mentions from the football announcer at each game for the next four years as a
Diamond Level Sponsor. Your business will be recognized at all Louisiana R-II home football games for the 201516 school year.
Your name will also be featured on a plaque on permanent display in the Board Room of the District office as a
