We kindly ask you to leave nothing inside of the car to
prevent theft.We recommend you to leave the car
unlocked to avoid damage to the car.
The excess amount will be charged on your creditcard at
rental beginning. Once the car has been returned without
any new damage we will refund this amount. If there is
new damage and the cost for reparation turns out less
than we will refund the difference.

FUEL POLICY
EXTRAS
The car is full of fuel and you should return it

the same way. If fuel is missing you will be

PAYMENT/CREDIT CARD/RETURN IN ADVANCE
PAYMENT
At the moment of booking or at rental beginning. If you wish to pay with American
Express you will pay 5% on top of the total rental amount.
CREDIT CARD
You need a credit card at rental beginning. You can pay the rental cash but we will ask
you for a valid credit card for fuel, damage, loss of keys.... If you only have a debit card
we will charge you an extra car deposit (+/- 100 euro depending on the car model). This
will be refunded at the end of the rental.
If you have accepted our excess we will charge this amount on your card. This amount
will be refunded if there is no new damage to the car, the fuel is full again and the
rental finished on the stated day and time.
EARLY DROP OFF AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to return the car before planned and you notify us 48 hours before we will
refund the amount of days that you have not benefitted.
In case of not turning up for your reservation or not having cancelled a min. of 48 hours
before, there will be a charge of one day rental. Except for the months of June, July,
August and September for automatic cars, jeeps, convertibles, people carriers and other
luxury cars. If you cancel with at least 30 days in advance no cost. From 30-15 days a 10%
of the total amount and less than 15 days in adnvace a 20% of the total of the rental. If
you wish to cancel your booking you will have to send an email to infomotoluis.com
