by skilled artisans. We use olde world techniques for distressing and finishing
our floors to the highest quality standards. Olde Savannah offers each customer

WOOD SPECIES
We offer a variety of wood species from North America
and Europe including but not limited to oak, walnut, pine,
hickory, cherry and chestnut. All of our lumber is responsibly
sourced from certified vendors. We have an extensive network
of suppliers that can provide reclaimed and antique material.
SOLID AND ENGINEERED
Your floor can be manufactured in either a solid or engineered
construction depending on your application.
PLANKS - WIDE & LONG
Our plank flooring will be manufactured in our mill to your
specifications for thickness, width and length. We can offer
many species in wide widths up to 16 inches or more and
lengths up to 20 feet.
PATTERNS
Whether it’s an entrance lobby, special room or your entire
house or building, our carpenters can create special patterns
and designs specifically for you.
CUSTOM COLORS
Our lab technicians will specially formulate custom colors
to suit your aesthetic requirements. We utilize the highest
quality stains and dyes to give your floor an unparalleled
depth of color.
DISTRESSING
When you want a timeless look, we can hand distress your floors
using historic techniques such as hand planing,
acid washing and wire brushing.
FINISHES
Multiple coats of specially formulated
natural oils and resins will be hand rubbed
onto your floors to give them an enduring
patina. Our finishes provide superior
protection and easy maintenance.

When it comes to the final touches that will
coordinate and tie all of your interior finishes
together, we offer superb craftsmanship in
moulding, stair parts, floor vents and other

Reclaimed American White Oak
Your most treasured antique will become your floors. Centuries old,
weatherworn timbers are reclaimed from various locations throughout
the world - warehouses, farmhouses, French chateaux and barns.
The unique Olde Savannah salvage and reconstruction process preserves
the original grandeur, integrity and patina of these antique materials. Our
finishing process further enhances the natural beauty of the aging. Both
wide plank and intricate custom patterns can be completely customized
from these one-of-a-kind treasures.
Olde Savannah offers a wide variety of antique and reclaimed
woods such as Antique French Oak, Antique Chestnut, Reclaimed
Barnwood, Antique Heart Pine and Reclaimed American White Oak.

Patterns
Whether it’s an elegant French country kitchen or a grand entrance with
walnut and Italian marble inlay, Olde Savannah can create the custom
pattern of your dreams. Handcrafted parquet patterns, stone & wood
combinations, or special borders all offer our discerning clients an
opportunity to express their individuality.
We have over 20 standard patterns available and we can also create a
special pattern with CAD drawings for our clients.

Commercial
Olde Savannah floors have been installed in many of the
country’s most prestigious commercial buildings. Hotels,
private clubs, museums and upscale retail stores are just
some of the interiors that our floors have enhanced. We
apply a special high performance finish to floors destined
for commercial use.

Engineered
Engineered flooring provides flexibility so hardwood
floors can be installed in multiple applications - such as
below grade and directly to a concrete slab. Olde Savannah
engineered floors combine the performance of an engineered
construction with the aesthetics of a solid floor. The top
layer is a sliced veneer that is three sixteenths of an inch
thick rather than a paper thin peeled veneer. The backing is
nine plies of Baltic birch which insures dimensional stability.
The top and backing are fused together using a cold pressing
method for superior structural integrity.

Services
CAD DRAWINGS
A large or complex project can be managed by providing
a computer aided design drawing showing your floor as it
should be installed in your home or facility.
INSTALLATION
We can offer the assurance that comes with a turnkey project
by arranging installation services.
CUSTOM SAMPLES
A special sample of your floor in the correct species, width,
color and finish can be provided prior to ordering your floor.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Olde Savannah floors are finished with a protective oil that
will not chip, peel, crack or wrinkle. They are easy to maintain
and every floor is shipped with a Customer Care Kit.
Environment
Olde Savannah Flooring is firmly committed to putting products, processes and programs in place to protect our planet. It is very important
that our floors and other products are specified and sold for their quality, aesthetics, performance and value while providing a minimal
environmental footprint. We believe that the issue of the environment should be a way of life not a way to market.
The following are strategies, tactics and operations that we have implemented to help us achieve our environmental objectives:
Raw Materials: We will only use lumber from carefully chosen vendors that have an environmental philosophy of sustainability. We offer
FSC certified wood at your request. We only partner with wood vendors that harvest their product responsibly. We do not use lumber from
Africa, South America, Asia, or anywhere else in the world where the rainforests are being clear cut and native animals are being slaughtered
so that someone can have an “exotic” floor.
Reclamation: We reclaim a substantial amount of lumber from old buildings and barns, much of it from demolition projects where the
wood materials would have wound up in the landfill. We believe that our experience and ability to finish wood allows us to be resourceful in
diverting potential raw materials.
Waste & Recycling: We currently produce about 90 tons of wood waste per month. We have established contracts with vendors where
approximately 90% of our waste and saw dust is recycled into other useful products. Our two largest users recycle our waste into particle board
for the construction industry and bedding for the poultry industry.
Community Involvement: We have created a program called “Give a Tree, Take a Tree” with an arbor conservancy called Trees Atlanta. We
calculate our lumber usage every month and determine the quantity of trees utilized to produce that lumber. We then provide funding to
Trees Atlanta so an equivalent amount of trees can be planted. This will provide a continual stream of future trees to be responsibly harvested.
