School families are encouraged to be active members of their parish. Active membership includes the following:



Attending Mass regularly on Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation
o This is an absolute requirement.
Regular giving in the Sunday offering
o The amount you give is not the issue only that you give.
Sharing of your time and talents
o There are many opportunities to share your gifts with the parish and the school. We expect that you
commit to at least one opportunity.
Tuition Assistance is available for PARISH (STFX or other Catholic church without a school)
families with documented financial need.
FAIR (FINANCIAL AID INDEPENDENT REVIEW) is a third party service
which provides financial aid recommendations to the Principal and/or Pastor.
PLEASE NOTE…NO MORE THAN 50% OF THE REQUIRED TUITION WILL BE GIVEN AS TUITION ASSISTANCE.

I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TUITION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THOUGH the FACTS company ONLINE.
Please select one (1) FACTS Tuition Payment Plan:

I promise to pay tuition in full through FACTS after JULY 1, 2017 and before August 15, 2017 and receive
a $50 discount for each child. NO FEE.
_____Plan 2:
I promise to make two (2) semester tuition payments through FACTS, due July 2017 and
January 2018 at which time my tuition will be paid in full. $10 FACTS FEE.

I promise to make four (4) quarterly tuition payments through FACTS, due July 2017,
October 2017, January 2018, and will be paid in full by April 2018. $35 FACTS FEE.
