MISKO, the most historical and loved pasta brand in Greece, is the
market leader and the first choice of consumers. For nearly 9

In 1927, MISKO was founded by two
refugees, Fo=s Michailidis and Minoas

In the 50s, MISKO becomes the first
company that packages its products (un=l

“Akakios” was born, the most famous

In 1962, MISKO produces new and
innova=ve pasta shapes. At the same
=me, MISKO sets up in Patra the first
computerized produc=on plant in
Greece. During the same decade,
“Akakios” travels abroad and MISKO
productsarebeingexportedtoforeign
markets.
In1991,MISKOwasacquiredbyBarilla.
In 2009, MISKO launches a new
line of wholegrain pasta, an
innova=ve and healthy alterna=ve
choice that responds to the
modernnutri=onaltrends.

The First Corporate Logo: an Eagle
surrounded by cobs that symbolizes the

Later, following company’s development,

The First Ads: MISKO’s first ads had

Hisfatherwastrustedwiththesecretfromthebrotherofhisfather,the
famousmonkAkakios.
